I but only 1 star because this butter contain less than 64% fat!!! That is unacceptable! Cream butter must contain no less than 70% For instance, walmart brand butter- 70% I assumed the Sams Club and Walmart are the same- my bad

Bulk butter is the way to go. Freeze the rest and take out a box as you go. So convenient for the home cook who is always cooking or baking something and prefers butter over nonstick sprays.

Works great, tastes great, and I’m happy with it. I do not use margarine, because it is gross. I don’t care what they do to make it taste good it’s chemicals. I cook and bake a lot, as don’t eat out often. I don’t use mixes or premade items very often. When recipe says use butter, I use butter. It’s better!

I've been buying this butter for many years, and the quality has always been consistent. I've heard home bakers complaining about how butter has changed and that recipes are failing because of higher moisture content. This seems the same as it always has been. Great price and good product. It's not Kerrygold, but it's great for everyday use.

I bought sweet cream butter from Sam's Club and it was all rancid. I returned it and received a full refund. But I waited a long time to purchase more, as I didn't want butter from the same pallet as the one that was spoiled. After some time, I purchased more and it seems to be fine.

I have been buying this butter for years now. The quality is consistent. I use for all of my baking and cooking needs. Unsalted is the best way to go because you can better control the amount of salt you want your dish to have! The value is excellent but I don’t always use it fast enough so I will freeze it and take out 2 sticks at a time to keep in my fridge. Never had any issues doing that. The sticks are convenient because it has the markers on the stick dividing it up into 8 equal ounces.

We always have a couple of boxes of these on hand for cooking and baking. We buy them in the 4 pack and then freeze 3 and keep one ready to go in the refrigerator. We've never had an issue with the quality or the taste and the price for 4 is hard to beat.

I love this butter! I just wish it was more affordable. I use it for cooking, baking and we use it on toast, bagels and for so many things. It has a good flavor and good percentage of butterfat in it, so that I can count on it holding up in my bakery recipes.
