I buy unsalted butter for baking. This butter has changed. It does not have the same consistency as before. The liquid/oil has increased causing my dough to be softer. Since the dough isn't firm after refrigeration it's difficult to roll out and expands too much while baking. I'll buy my butter else where.

When I melted the butter, there was an unusual amount of foam. When I used it in my peanut butter fudge, there were white specks in my batter. I concluded its the butter that wouldn’t melt.

Really like this butter. Great way to be able to use butter without all the salt. Would recommend this to anyone concerned about salt intake in their diet. Good flavor and Good price

Made my cookie dough too wet and they spread way too thin. Used the same recipe a few days earlier with Aldi butter and they came out perfect.

I put any extra in the freezer until I need it, great pantry item for price
