Hi, the labels on the inside colors don't match the outside. The salted butter box writing is red, the label inside writing is blue. The un-salted butter writing on the box is blue, the label inside the box is red. Very confusing the labels should correspond with each box.

I buy unsalted butter for baking. This butter has changed. It does not have the same consistency as before. The liquid/oil has increased causing my dough to be softer. Since the dough isn't firm after refrigeration it's difficult to roll out and expands too much while baking. I'll buy my butter else where.
