The first bag I purchased was extremely fresh and really good quality, but when I went to buy another bag recently the quality looked was much worse than what I had left in my2 week old bag at home so I didn't buy more as I had intended. My recommendation is to pay close attention to what's available as it may vary greatly from one visit to another. Frankly when I was there most recently I was shocked at the difference and surprised the produce staff didn't pull the current product as it was really not up to standards - maybe a bad shipment? For reference my location is Tennessee but I shop in Kentucky

Third time I have had a pickup item that when I got home I discovered it was days from expiring. First, it was the 2 pack of large jars of salsa - 2 weeks from the use by date. Then, variety pack containing 5 boxes of crackers - expiration date on the box was in 4 days. Fortunately, only 2 of the 5 boxes had that date - the rest were a couple weeks out. And now, the Broccolli Florets - not only with an expiration date in just 2 days, but the pieces in the bottom were already getting mushy. Was only able to use about 1/3rd of the bag and had to through the rest away. NO ONE would have picked this out for themselves - but apparently OK to give to those doing a pickup. So - when picking up - check ALL the dates before taking the items. Otherwise, normally, this is a good product that I would have given 4 or 5 stars.

I was able to cook these smaller pieces to a nice tender consistency. After dental surgery, there were many foods I was unable to eat because they were just too hard. So when I saw this broccoli I knew I'd have the time to easily prepare it, & ability to eat this without difficulty.

I have tried this broccoli several times; in fact, we really enjoy broccoli cooked in the air fryer and unfortunately it does not ever cook up right. I DO know how to make broccoli this way as this never happens when I cut the broccoli myself. I was trying to make my life a little easier but unfortunately it just didn’t work out.

Bought this as a quick, healthy snack. Cooked in steamer and added a bit of Parmesan to it before eating. It was awful! When we returned home that evening we could smell it before reaching the back door! The entire house smelled of “bad broccoli” for 2 days, no matter what we did. I won’t be buying it again.

I brought these to make a broccoli casserole. Decided to make a broccoli salad. It was the best salad ever, with cranberry's, and pecans, sharp cheese, bacon and onion. with a sweet and savor dressing. Nothing can top that. You could eat the whole bag, even before using it in a meal.

You have to cook this as soon as you take it home or you will start to smell it! It looks like some of the items in the fridge have been out in the sun and have sweat inside of the bag. Therefore , I believe it doesn’t hold . But I do like it when it’s super fresh minus the sweat

My family enjioys broccoli better than most veggies so I love that I can buy this and know my family is eating right. It's usually good for 3 meals so that is nice too. It tastes great and I can blanch and freeze any that I feel might not get used in time.

Taylor Farms broccoli is a regular purchase for me because my family and I love it raw in salads, and steamed with cauliflower as a side. I have rarely been disappointed with any Taylor brand product; however, I mistakenly ordered two bags this time, and both had a “best used by” date of less than a week from purchase. While I am usually able to use a bag before it spoils, I am having to trash about a third of each bag, but that is not the fault of Taylor Farms. I will continue to order this product since I am usually given a good use by date.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Thats the way I feel about the produce in general at Sam's. It's fabulous if you use it all the day or day after you get it. After that, the produce rots rather quickly. Yet I keep buying fresh produce in hopes of getting a different result. The fresh broccoli once again rotted before I could use it all. Shame on me.
