The best cheat code for a healthy side dish

This is my go-to for easy side dishes! The pieces are big, but easily chopped one more time. The broccoli roasts perfectly. Shelf life in the fridge seems good, but it never really lasts that long between roasting it, throwing it in a salad or snacking on it raw.

Versatile and easy to adjust sauce or add to dish

An easy way to quickly get more broccoli in your or your children’s diet. Great raw for a quick snack with or without Ranch dressing. Toss with light oil and seasonings and air fry for15-25 minutes for a great side dish - cook with some other veggies (cubed potatoes, cauliflower, small carrots and/or cubed onions if you would like). A quick steam and chop to incorporate into frittata or add a cheese sauce.

Broccoli - a staple at our house

Good product. Broccoli - an absolute staple in our kitchen. Quick - steamed tender mostly - 2- 3x/week sometimes more often. In a bowl on the counter as a walk-by snack. A little dip of some kind or (my favorite) a little olive oil and some “shaker parmesan” & black pepper. This packaging makes doing this very simple. Very fresh - nice sized cut.

Tried them, was not wowed

I tried this product recently, and was not impressed. The broccoli is cut into florets, but the trimming is not up to my standards - so I ended up re-trimming it. Also, the cut ends were greatly oxidized and browned, which I am not going to eat. Even after all my re-trimming, the steamed broccoli tasted sort of "old" or "stale". God knows how many days ago it was picked and how many days ago it was cut into florets - probably weeks ago, which would explain the taste.

Awesome

Awesome price and taste! I mix broccoli, sliced baby carrots, asparagus, and sliced purple onions, olive oil, granulated garlic, and head country seasoning. Bake at 415 degrees for 13-14 minutes! YUMMY!😋 oh I also cook 2-3 eggs over easy and mix it all together in a bowl after everything is cooked. YUMMY! 😋 Best breakfast ever!

Taylor Farms broccoli

This is a good broccoli to add on a veggie tray for a party. You might have to cut a few pieces to make smaller but it was a hit! Also took the rest and steamed it to eat with Teppanyaki Rice packet from Sam’s Club (Southgate). A very good meal for me!

Healthy & Easy To Prepare

Fresh, they keep a good while, and so easy to prepare. Just place in a steamer basket, covered, over boiling water for no more than 15 minutes until fork slides through easily but still bright green.. Remove from heat, remove lid and salt. Melt a little butter in a bowl and toss around cooked, salted florets. Ready to eat! (Pour water underneath basket in pot down the drain asap to prevent unpleasant smells. Overcooking also causes bad smell.)

Convenient option for quick dinners

I buy these for convenience but they go bad very fast. They are usually cut to small bite size pieces but this time around the pieces were much bigger. I usually have to trim the stalks as they dry out in the bag. Wash and dry them then roast at 400F covered with foil for 20 minutes then remove foil and roast another 10 minutes. Perfectly crispy and golden every time!

Bad fruit & veggies

I didn't realize until it was too late that both bags were a day away from the expiration date. The first bag I steamed three days after purchase tasted bad, so I checked the other bag & saw it was at the expiration date. When I buy things in bulk, I don't usually consume them within a day or two. I expect fruit & veggies to last several days, at least. Disappointed. This purchase came one week after I had a bag of Cuties (Clementines) go bad four days after purchase date. If I buy fruit or veggies from Sam's again, it'll be a long time.

Convenient and fresh broccoli

This bag holds a lot of fresh broccoli. Almost too much for our family, we often share some with the lady next door. but, if you were preparing a vegetable tray for a party or a larger size or casserole there is no better choice. The price is not comparable to anyplace else. There is no waste and no hassle of having to wash, and cut off stems. The broccoli was bright green color, firm, nice bite sizes and showing no brown spots or "sponginess". i am a stickler for checking dates on packaged produce and recommend the same. Our package showed 6 days away. Would definitely purchase again.
