This butter tastes great on anything. The only issues I have is that it is very hard butter. Even leaving it out on the counter, it's still hard to spread. You either have to spread it onto a hot item so it melts, or you have to pre-melt it so you can spread it.

Love Chef Shamy Gourmet Garlic Butter, Parmesan & Basil! Use it all the time for frying potatoes, veggies, fish, etc. I discovered that I have to cook at a lower temperature so the butter doesn't burn, etc. The last time I was in Sam's, I couldn't find it and the gal told me the are no longer carrying it! So glad Sam's is still carrying it -- assume was just out of stock and she didn't see where there was an order for it?? I tried the cinnamon one for toast -- not a huge fan.

I am normally too lazy to make a nice garlic bread loaf, and when I buy one at the grocery store, even from the deli, it's just not very good. With this stuff, I can make the best garlic bread whenever I want and imagine there are a ton of other uses for it that I've not tried yet. It's good stuff! Tried on a whim, will be buying more.

I haven't purchased a garlic butter or pre-garlic buttered bread in many, many years as they always tasted like awful and not even kin to a good garlic butter. The only exception is the the ready made New York brand Texas Garlic Toast that is frozen and you heat it up - that one is very acceptable. Otherwise, I've always made my garlic butter at home from scratch. A Sam's customer who had already used this product, testified to me that I wouldn't be sorry if I bought some. I like the fact that no ingredients that we can't pronounce are in the product. the ingredients are cream, milk, salt, parmesan cheese, garlic, spices, garlic powder, dehydrated basil & parsley. This one proved not to be a waste of my money, and it comes in so handy for making garlic toast, adding to soups and stews, mashed potatoes, or garlic anything that I am cooking at my house. I'm a saltaholic, and I can see how it may be too salty for those who eat without much salt, so keep that in mind if your adding to recipes that call for salt, that you may need to reduce the salt addition to the recipe.

I like the idea that the garlic butter has the right amount of seasoning.

Isn't the best I have had. I prefer other brands to this one.

I use it on EVERYTHING! Favorite Sam's product. I always have at least 1 extra in the freezer.

Don’t even want to give it one star. Worst thing possible.
