I love using this to elevate any dish. I like the fact that it doesn't make you food salty or overly garlicy. It's perfect for the Mississippi pot roast, I like to put it on my corn that I grill during summer and some times we added to the sweet Hawaiian rolls and cook them in a cast-iron skillet to have with alfredo or spaghetti, the ways to use this are endless. If you like the flavor of garlic parmigiana, then here’s your better butter. In my home we use it to sauté vegetables, meat and fish; to season steamed grains and vegetables; to make garlic bread ( toasted or plain); to grill sandwiches; to baste shish kebabs. My favorite melted and poured over popcorn. It makes vegetables vanish too.

This a great item to have has a foundation in your kitchen. It is very vestal, and you do not need a lot to flavor your food. I have been purchasing this item for the last 5 years and will continue to purchase it for future use. Also, Sam's clubs' price on this item is good because I see this item for much more at another store.

There is literally so many uses for this flavored butter. The garlic flavor is present, but not overly strong. It’s great for putting on bread and making garlic bread or adding it to sauces or a little scoop of it in a pan when I’m sautéing, salmon, or chicken breast I’ve even put it on corn on the cob and it was amazing.

Thjs butter makes making fresh garlic bread easy and delicious. This butter is gteat for sautéing shrimp or scallops. Put a dab in fettucine. It will add a kick to your scrambled eggs or a new.dimension under the skin of your roasted chicken with rosemary.

This butter adds so much flavor and can be used in so many ways. Great for grilled cheese sandwich or make garlic bread on baguette. Even adding it to a panseared steak or sauteed vegetable. The possibility are endless. My son likes it on toasted naan bread cut it into strips top it off with parmesan and taste better than little ceasar crasy bread.

The general taste of this compound butter is pretty good. It is appropriately garlicky and well seasoned, but the amount of salt is really excessive. To get a good amount of butter and garlic flavor, it ends up being too salty on most bread. For something that is very easy to make yourself and control the amount of seasonings and salt used, this was a little bit of a disappointment. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to use it up before it goes bad.

I remember when a rep use to come to Sam’s to sale this product and everyone was waiting to get a container. Glad to see it being sold in house and available to members. Great garlic taste I love to cook with it and use for my seafood broils or crab-legs.

This stuff is really good – exactly the right balance between butter flavor and garlic/parmesan/basil flavor. It separates slightly when used for cooking, but that’s ok as long as you don’t let it sit after it melts. Used as a spread or mix, it’s great extra bit of a kick.
