Easy install and works great

Just installed this and it was a breeze to install. I already had a previous bidet, but it stopped working. So I didn't have to worry about hoses, just change the mounting plate. The water cleaned amazingly and the heater got everything dry. The heated seat is really nice. Setting one was just warm enough.

A must have

After using mine for 4 months I can say that I am not going back to using straight TP! This is a must have in any house, there is no other way, you need this. Comfortable jet, especially with the jet heated, gives a nice clean. It doesn't look bad on the toilet. I wonder what a $500 unit does that this one doesn't, this works fine for me. This may be my best purchase of the year.

Awesome price for ALL th e features!

I’ve had several bidets (electric and passive ones) and this one was very easy to install, is packed with features and works exactly like it should. From the feel of the controls, the overall look and the way it works, it has very premium-like presentation. Came with every accessory you might need to install it and fit like it was custom made. The night light is a nice touch.

Glad I bought my Bio Bidet

I'm loving my new Bio Bidet. The only thing I'd mention is that the temperature is pretty hot and I have down on the lowest temp possible. However, I just rearrange myself and it is fine. We could probably turn our house water temp turned down to remedy this, but it really hasn't been a problem. I would not let it keep anyone from buying it. I also called for advice and the customer service person was very nice and very helpful.

best thing ever!

This is honestly the greatest thing since sliced bread! I have never wanted to use a bidet but we bought this for my husband who had surgery on his butt. He had to take multiple showers a day to keep everything clean around his incision and this has made his life so much easier. He convinced me try it, which I did not like the first time. I said I would definitely not use it again. But....I decided to try it again and now I’m hooked!

We love it

We have wanted to buy a bidet for awhile. We had just got a membrrship and found the bio bidet and got excited and bought it. What a wonderful toilet. Everyone needs one, especially as you age. I wish we had it during my back surgery recovery. We try to inform everyone about this bio bidet.who doesn't want the cleanest bum!!

Broke after 1 year

Had this installed in the upstairs bathroom. Not used a lot. After about 1 year the lid stopped staying up. Contacted Bio Bidet and was told this is a common issue, the lid damper needs to be replaced. Since it was over a year it was no longer in warranty and they wanted to charge me $35 for a new part. Most likely it will just go bad again. Not going to spend $35 a year on this. Would recommend finding a more reliable company to deal with.

So Soothing

I went back and forth before buying this product in fact it was a point of high debate in our home. I finally bit the bullet and well I couldn't be happier! It was easy to install and once it was oh what a ride. The seat warming feature, water warming feature, and massage feature are by far my favorite. The bidet left me clean and the warm dry air feature made it possible to not even use toilet paper. Look you're going to take a ride once or twice a day 365 it's worth the money. It does need to be plugged in so you may have to have someone upgrade your throne room with an electrical outlet make sure it's GFI for your protection.

Reviewing Installation ONLY; have not used yet.

I installed this today. Haven't used it yet and will update after we do. Just thought I'd give a few insights on easier installation. The previous owner put the toilet in a very narrow slot between the shower and the wall. Not a lot of space to get around the toilet itself. This made my install a pain. Hope you have room to work. SO: 1) Go ahead and remove the old seat, clean the area under the old attach bolts. It's usually kinda grungy. Then work on the main water supply as the seat/unit is large and blocks the view of the supply hook up. A) Close the shutoff valve that you should already have on your supply line. B) Flush the tank and remove your existing hose from the bottom of the tank. There will be some dripping. Have an old towel under this area. C) Install the new T valve to the bottom of the tank. Note that the washer in the T valve has a raised inner portion that fits INSIDE the pipe coming out of the tank. This inner portion has to be UP. If you see just a flat washer in the T valve, it is upside down. Mine came that way. Also note that the T valve has to be really snugged up against the pipe coming out of the toilet. If the pipe doesn't bottom out in the T valve and compress that washer, it's going to leak. Keep tightening it until the lower part of the T valve can be turned but not turned easily. If it leaks under the upper nut when you turn on the water supply at the end of install, it's not tight enough yet. You could, if you wanted to (because visibility is better before the seat goes on), hook up your old supply line to the bottom of the T valve now as well. I didn't but I would if I had to do it again. 2) Before you mount the seat/unit to the mounting plate, go ahead and hook up the 8mm water supply hose to the main unit. It won't hurt anything flopping off to the left side (as you face the toilet) and it's easier to see the connection and install before you mount the seat. 3) Now go ahead and install the mounting plate and then mount the seat/unit to the mounting plate. Don't completely tighten the mounting plate bolts until you have the seat aligned fore and aft. You don't want the front end hanging way out in front of the toilet or too far back over the bowl. Get it even at the front, then tighten the mounting plate bolts completely. All downhill from here. Hook your old existing supply line to the bottom of the T valve if not done earlier. Tighten. Hook up the other end of the 8mm supply hose to the middle of the T valve. Tighten. EASE the shutoff valve open s-l-o-w-l-y while watching for leaks. If you see a leak...yeah...tighten that nut. 4) Plug it in. The cord was maybe 3 inches to short to reach my outlet. Used a 3 prong extension cord. 5) You have to cover the bowl with plastic and then sit on it to check function because it has an occupied sensor. Won't work with no weight on the seat. I used Glad PressN'Seal because it stuck to the edges of the toilet really well. Overlap the seam and then cover the seam with another layer. After all this, the functions checked out perfectly. At some later time we'll give it an operation check and I'll report on that.
