I am very pleased with the bidet seat. Had one for 20 years that I payed more than twice the price for that did not have all the features this one has. I like the snap on feature of seat that makes installation much easier . Great product and great choice.

I bought our first bidet during the beginning of pandemic when toilet paper was hard to find! Recommend it to my sister and she bought one. I just bought another one for my mother’s bathroom. The first one I bought has had no issues, and it’s still working perfectly to this day. Highly recommend!

I have A7 bidet in use for 1 month. Back wash option stopped working already, nozzle does not come come out when button is pushed. Bidet seat cover does not stay up and falling on my back when toilet in use. Impossible to get thru over a phone. E-mail respond takes at least a week. Poor quality of the product and customer care.

So far it function as expected. The installation instruction is clear and the parts' quality is good. Customer Service is responsive and knowledgeable. A new installation should take them seriously and dedicate an outlet of 15+ Amps for the unit. I replaced and Toto one but noticed that the water hearer of BioBedit consumes more energy and cased the bathroom lights to flicker, even thought the light bulbs are LED.

I was sceptical at first but this seat was easy to install and works great. I was surprised by the advanced features it has for this price range. Its a solid product throughout. The water stream is accurate and appropriate. The warm air drying also has 2 different intensities. Wonderfull product.

Just installed the Bio Bidet Aura A7 smart bidet toilet seat. The install couldn’t be easier! Very well designed (all the way down to the mounting plate, which fits almost all toilets)! Features work well and we are extremely pleased! Living overseas previously, we never thought we could get a full featured product like this, but Bio Bidet proved us wrong!

This A7 bidet has been completely awesome since we got it a few months ago. I walk upstairs to the mast bath everytime because it's so fantastic. My young daughters like it also, wifey not so much but whatever, it was for me! Love how it cuts down on the wiping.

062821, I just installed it and try it out the first time. It was easy to installed, just follow the directions, and if you have a hard time with it, there are YouTube videos how to install it. I have to say it was different but neat at the same time. It hit the bullseye on first shot, and I was surprise of how it felt. I will be using it more. when it got done I push the dry feature and it blow warm air on my butt. I did took little toilet paper and wipe to see all it did and surprising that just had a little water on my butt, overall I like it and will use it more often.

This is a great product with one small issue... is there any way to turn off the blue LED strip on the control panel? It's fine to light up when in use, but I'd love to be able to turn it off! Also, for as nice as the bidet is, the lid is garbage. Seems about as solid as a sheet of plastic wrap

I bought a Bio-Bidet Aura A7 Bidet Toilet Seat for my husband last year and this year.... Yesterday my husband surprise me and installed a new one in my bathroom just for me.... I feel like a QUEEN! Thanks Honey! We tell everyone that this is the BEST EVER! Bio-Bidet the only way to go....We just love it and fell so cleaned and the warm seat is everything to me.
