So far it function as expected. The installation instruction is clear and the parts' quality is good. Customer Service is responsive and knowledgeable. A new installation should take them seriously and dedicate an outlet of 15+ Amps for the unit. I replaced and Toto one but noticed that the water hearer of BioBedit consumes more energy and cased the bathroom lights to flicker, even thought the light bulbs are LED.

Last week I purchased the A7. I'd definitely recommend it. It's a bio bidet, so I know it will be great - what could be wrong? A great product for a very good price (I'm now retired so money is important). It is a bit space age looking for me, but that's hardly a problem. Two suggestions: I have a one and half gallon, 10" offset toilet, so it's a bit smaller than the average toilet, so keep in mind the A7 top makes it appear larger than it is; second, there's less twisting and turning if one attaches the water line to the tank first, then attaching the seat. Whichever one you get, you're buying a good product. Let me add: when I had a problem with my original 1000 a few weeks after the three year warranty expired. I called, and they said absolutely send it in, we'll honor the warranty. Overall it lasted over 15 years.

My wife bought this bidet a month ago and I was skeptical at first. Once I installed it in our bathroom, which was easier than expected, I love it. I've always been a wet wipes person but now that I have this bidet I'm on a new level of cleanliness. Kudos to Biobidet for this amazing product!

Does not fit my 'Glacier Bay 1-piece 1.1 GPF/1.6 GPF High Efficiency Dual Flush Elongated All-in-One Toilet in White' and there's NOTHING on this listing giving size requirements. It's not until you get it and open the manual that you see that your tank can only be so far from the holes. Returning both of mine.

I have A7 bidet in use for 1 month. Back wash option stopped working already, nozzle does not come come out when button is pushed. Bidet seat cover does not stay up and falling on my back when toilet in use. Impossible to get thru over a phone. E-mail respond takes at least a week. Poor quality of the product and customer care.

It was good while it was working, or so I thought. The water sprayer wand broke down in half a year. It wouldn't come out of the nest leaking water, so it was useless. At least, Sam's Club customer service took it back. The bigger issue actually was the sanitary problem. Even with rinsing the nozzle before and after every use, it caused some skin irritation once in a while. It seems like inside the toilet needs to be exceptionally clean all the time and still it's not safe enough. Ever since trying this, I am not a believer in integrated bidets. If I'm having a bidet, it'll have to be a free standing one like the traditional way. There is no shortcut...

We installed this bidet yesterday after having it in our closet for months. Our old bidet did not have a heated seat or heated water. My initial reaction when I sat on this bidet for the first time was panic. It was like diving into a cool pool, but reverse. I didn't expect it to be that warm on my booty. After hopping back up I decided it was okay, just sit back down. After sitting there enjoying my heated seat and healthy bowel movement it was time for the heated water. The heated water was a treat in comparison to our old cold bidet. The lights in it make me think of a float pod. Overall though I have really enjoyed this bidet. Hopefully we're one of the lucky 3 and get to experience a luxury shower system(what does that even mean?!)

I am handicap and really needed this product. Loved it had for less than a year and it won't work. Now trying to reach someone is close to impossible.The customer service is LACKING says 4 to 5 days they will get back to you. Could not even get a human.i can't say because it hasn't been resolved.

I saw this at Sam's and decided to give it a try. I have heard that they are common in most countries, but not so much here. I love it!! everything was included to retrofit my existing toilet and the installation was easy. I'll be spending more time in the bathroom from now on. It's an amazing product for this price.

What a great time to buy a bidet since toilet paper is so scarce. I found this amazing bidet at Sam's Club. Been looking for one with great features and this one has them all. Was super easy to install & it works amazing! Love the fact that you can preset 2 user settings. The warm air feature is the best. A+ reviews here. I would highly recommend to anyone. But make sure your bathroom has an outlet in it to plug this in. Wouldn't work in a toilet closet without an outlet. Being a disabled vet, I need space and convenience, which this seat offers. Sam's has this bidet at a great price, way cheaper than it's competitors. You won't be disappointed!
