I travel a lot and so have used bidet’s in many countries. This is a great substitute for the ones I have grown to love. My husband loves it too! The water temperature and pressure is adjustable and different spray patterns for front and back cleaning.

I applied my $75.00 gift certificate to this already well priced bioBidet and was not disappointed. The bioBidet A7 was easy to install and learn to use and yes, it does leave one feeling cleaner and fresher This is a worthwhile investment that I expect will decrease the use of toilet tissue in our family. The bioBidet A7 appears to be well designed with the control console located at the right of and at the same level as the toilet seat. It is easy to access and use. The only (slight) concern I have regarding the bioBidet A7 is the support structure of the control console, it appears to be situated on a molded plastice arm adjacent to the right of the toilet seat. There is a potential that someone might use the console to support herself/himself when rising up when finished; this could damage the control console since the unexpected weight might snap the plastic mounting assembly. Although this should rarely if ever happen, it is still a possibility and in such an event, the damage would not be covered by warranty. I reported this to Biobidet customer service and suggested the control console be retrofitted with a control console cradle supported by a floor support rod. Dania, Customer Support Specialist, thought it was a good suggestion and said she would escalate it. I also have a comment concerning the A7 bioBidet Operating Instruction Manual, page 10, USER SETTING. The instruction concerns USER 1 / USER 2 progamming nozzle and water pressure settings for CLEANSING or BIDET . There could be some confusion whether CLEANSING and BIDET can both be programmed per user. The clarification is that the USER 1 / USER 2 setting can only be set to one function, that is either CLEANSING or BIDET but not both. I confirmed this with Dania, bioBidet Customer Support Specialist. In summary, I am very well pleased with the functionality and design of my bioBidet A7 as well as the price, a worthwhile investment!

Many years ago on a vacation, the place we stayed had a bidet. We loved it but always thought it was too extravagant to have at home. Well with the COVID-19 crisis going on and not being able to buy toilet paper for about a month we decided to purchase this bidet toilet seat. It is great, easy to use and it works well and so much better than toilet paper.

I recently had a bidet without warming functions didn’t think I needed it until I tried this one and fell in love worth every penny I’m 41 and no telling where I would be in my life if I was introduced to this item years back he’ll i feel like I could have been the president hope y’all have a great day I know I will

Coming from a traditional toilet, this seat is a game-changer! The pro's are obvious, it really gets you cleaner and keeps you cleaner. Install was truly elementary. Very easy, anyone over 13 can manage it. The biggest con to the product I have is that the actual hole in the seat is smaller. Furthermore, on my old standard toilet it didn't line up that great -- the Bidet seat has slightly more room in the front but the toilet stops short. Going forward, I'm going to look at seats that are recommended by Bio Bidet. To be sure, the function is not that impaired, but the aesthetic definitely takes a hit. For these 2 reasons, I think there is a little room for improvement. There are a couple user settings I thought I wanted, but they aren't as customizable as I like, so I just use the preset wash and dry buttons, which do well with a couple cycles of each.

I saw this at Sam's and decided to give it a try. I have heard that they are common in most countries, but not so much here. I love it!! everything was included to retrofit my existing toilet and the installation was easy. I'll be spending more time in the bathroom from now on. It's an amazing product for this price.

This was the worse thing to instal! I tried installing it for over 1 1/2 hours. It shouldn’t have taken that long. It seems very simple forward to install. I got all of the lines holed up... that wasn’t the problem. It leaked from under the seat and the seat nuts. I watched the video and re-read the instructions over and over. I could not get the bidet not to leak. Maybe mine was just a bad unit. Either way, I am done with this bidet!

I just installed this. It took about 15 minutes to put the seat on and another 10 or so to install T-valve and new water line to that. I installed T-valve to bottom of tank on toilet and came of of that to the in port on the seat. All fittings fit and it was an easy installation. Not sure how much it helped that I have installed and repaired toilets over the years and sort of know what goes where but it seemed that even someone that had never done it could easily do it with an adjustable crescent wrench. I didn't need any teflon tape or extra anything. Don't tighten your connections to much as over tightening can cause leaks, tighten it snug and then test. If it leaks tighten just a bit more and test till it doesn't leak. As far as the electrical I will be putting an outlet in the wall close to behind the toilet soon to make it a neater installation. The 4 ft cord on the bidet didn't reach my outlet by about 5 feet. I just used a very short (6ft ish) heavy gauge extension cord to hook up for now. It would be fine to run it like that other than cord running behind toilet and sink are unsightly. I have used it a few times testing it and having never used one wasn't sure what to expect. My hope was that it would help me clean better and reduce toilet paper usage which is really high for me to get clean. Old hairy butts just don't clean the way young not so hairy ones do. So far I think this will do what I hoped. It has a lot of features and after playing with them to see what works best for me I'm glad they do. About the only thing I don't think I will use is the heated seat feature. It's the one feature on it that my wife likes so it won't go to waste. Maybe in a few months or a year I will give a more comprehensive review after I have used it for a while.

I was initially afraid this would not fit my toilet or that the cord wouldn’t reach my outlet but both were perfect!  I installed everything in 30 minutes from removal of the old seat to installing the new one. Couldn’t be more simple. It works well straight out the box!  I love all the features especially the warm water option and the ability to adjust the water temp. The heated seat will come in handy in the winter too. I also love the two user settings. Haven’t figured out how to do that or the auto feature but I’m sure I will love them too. Don’t hesitate to get one. I’m thinking of getting another for my guest bath.  I will see how this one does over time first.

Bought this to try it out, seller said it was A7 but actually was the SE came with the dryer, install was easy following the YouTube video, took me like 25 minutes. Came with all the functions and air dryer, very comfortable, considering paying less than $200, it's a steal. However the dryer isn't very powerful, plus the seat is a bit small compare to the one I had. Still highly recommend.
