I bought these on a few occasions hoping to like them, and I can't do it! They have a strange odor, leave lint behind, and are thinner than bounty, so you have to use more to do the same job. The only good thing about them is that they are individually wrapped. The sad part is that there are worse paper towels in the marketplace. I would recommend b/c not many people are as picky as I.

Great Value Bundle... They all shipped separately. The only downside was that the box, contained a disgustingly dirty box cutter, WITH THE BLADE OUT, which almost cut me. Customer Service didn't seem to think this was an issue. I am extremely grateful I didn't have my son open the box up. I cant even imagine what would have happened.

Wow, you changed the paper towels. You only made 2.2 Billion dollars in profit in 2024. Guess you didn't make enough money so you had to cheapen the paper towels. I use these for work. 10 years ago the main reason I joined Sams was because these were so superior to anything else. You can't hate gigantic corporations enough. Guess BILLIONS to your share holders just isn't enough. Unbelievable.

Product quality has changed. These are not the same paper towels that we have purchased for years. Price is the same but these towels are thin, crispy, rip easily and are clearly a lower grade towel. The last two purchased are poor, and very similar to the cheap Dollar Store towels. Why? What happened?

First off, I'm not a review writer. We have used Bounty for YEARS. I finally decided to give the Members Mark Towels a try. I seriously don't notice ANY difference. So with that, here's the math I plugged before I purchased. Posting to save others time: Sam's 15 rolls x 150 sheets; 95.5 square meters - $18.48 = $.19/s.m. Bounty 12 rolls x 120 sheets; 58.8 square meters - $19.98 = $.34/s.m. Bounty 12 rolls x 147 sheets; 73.2 square meters - $25.98 = $.35/s.m. In other words, Bounty is almost TWICE AS MUCH! The product was fine…but the problem was the ordering process did not allow an apt number to be included in the address. Even a Sam’s Club associate was unable to add it and said to order it anyway without the apt number. When the item was delivered, the FedEx person said that without the specific apt number the item could be sent back. He said he that he took extra time to ask around for my apt, but cannot guarantee that another delivery person would do the same. This was my first time to do an online order…not a good experience.

I have owned and operated a cleaning business for 12 years now and I have always preferred Member’s Mark select a size paper towels over Bounty until Covid hit. For years they were as good if not better than Bounty and much more affordable. You can imagine how many paper towels I can go through in a day as a person who cleans houses full time for a living. Member’s Mark paper towels were hard to get for a while so when I couldn’t get them I bought Bounty. When Member’s Mark paper towels were back in stock I was really excited to get my ol faithfuls back but whatever has changed in the making of the Member’s Mark paper towels since Covid has me in a position where I have to pay more and buy Bounty because paper towels that are noticeably thinner and leave some sort of unusual residue behind will not work for my business. On every surface I clean I waste more paper towels because they’re thinner, on mirrors and glass I also waste more windex and more energy because I have to wipe over and over and over to remove the film they now leave behind. I’ve never seen a paper towel cause more of a mess than the mess I was cleaning them with. It’s very strange and very disappointing because I truly preferred Member’s Mark over any other brand before Covid. Please go back to the pre Covid formula for making Member’s Mark select a size paper towels or I will have no choice but to permanently switch to Bounty because I can’t spend money on such an inferior product.

This is a great features and price and this is easy for me to order it on line and to have it deliver to my home and i need some paper towels here at the house and i did not no more in the house and individually wrapped paper towels (15 rolls i have a home aid who use the paper towels to clean up in the kit, and a paper towels to wipe my hands and when i am done with breakfast in the morning and to wipe a mess in the kitchen to on the count top

The papertowels are great. But shame on you for denying shipping to my address for this and toilet paper. It makes it easy for a mother to have these items delivered and you took that option away. Along with many of the other heavier and bulky items.

Why is there so many I mean it is not like I'm going to be like AHHHHH I SPILLED RANCH ON ME every day. so then how to open them just rip a hole and dump them all out like GO OUT GO OUT GO OUT GO OUT the paper towels are made of paper fresh from trees. They can also be used for toilet papering houses at 2am then the dude wakes up and is like BROOOO WHO TP'D MY HOUSE so that is the too many paper towels oh and they wipe messes well.
