For the past 7 years, I have religiously purchased these paper towels. I bragged about the awesome quality and the amazing price. Well, that all changed with this last batch of paper towels that I purchased. I thought that I was the only one who noticed that these paper towels were not the same. However, my husband, who never cares about things like this, mentioned how "off" these paper towels were. They do not absorb well and they even shred apart! I do not know what has changed with this batch, but I don't like it!

Not what they used to be. Don't waste your money. You are better off stick8ng to name brands and buying on sale. The only good thing about this roll is the amount of towels on the roll…but the quality is comparable to the cheapest brands you can find.

The product was fine…but the problem was the ordering process did not allow an apt number to be included in the address. Even a Sam’s Club associate was unable to add it and said to order it anyway without the apt number. When the item was delivered, the FedEx person said that without the specific apt number the item could be sent back. He said he that he took extra time to ask around for my apt, but cannot guarantee that another delivery person would do the same. This was my first time to do an online order…not a good experience.

Not quite as absorbent as the name brand product but serviceable. Slightly thinner. However, you do get more sheets per roll and more rolls per case. I like the name brand better and will probably go back even though they are more expensive. I just prefer the better quality as opposed to the greater quantity per roll. But that's just me. Probably OK for most people.

I'm not sure what has changed, but theres so much lint that is falling from these rolls lately. We can actually see the small chunks of lint on the paper towels and they drop on our counter every time we pull off a towel to use. Never had this happen before, but its making such a mess.

These used to be the best paper towels. I bought a package thinking they were the same paper towels we have been buying since it wasn’t marked new design. This new design is crap sheets are cheap and separate from each other. Will not be wasting my money again.

This is my favorite paper towel! Love that it is select-a-size, each roll comes individually wrap (keeping it clean/sanitized until needed), and holds up well. Tears easily off the roll and is not wimpy at all at cleaning up messes! Our 2 local Sam’s club closed a few years ago, but I keep my membership so that I can get on-line shopping & shipping and my nearest club is only a little over an hour away. Though I have multiple BJ’s & Costco nearby, Sam’s Club is still my absolute favorite!

I quit buying bounty and only buy these. They hold up quite well. The only small issue is starting the roll. Seems like too much adhesive, which causes the first two rounds to stick together. A little difficult to get the first several sheets off without pulling all of them off.

The product is fine, but your local driver needs to be fired. I shouldn't have to put in the "Special Instructions" box to leave the products on my front porch, which is standard, where it's visually protected from the road by bushes. Instead, they put it out in front of my garage in the wide open for all to see & risk "porch pirates" stealing my products. The distance difference is merely 20 feet. That's lazy & unacceptable.

Wow, you changed the paper towels. You only made 2.2 Billion dollars in profit in 2024. Guess you didn't make enough money so you had to cheapen the paper towels. I use these for work. 10 years ago the main reason I joined Sams was because these were so superior to anything else. You can't hate gigantic corporations enough. Guess BILLIONS to your share holders just isn't enough. Unbelievable.
