Have been buying this brand of paper towels for many years. This batch purchased January 2018 is of considerable less quality and thickness of the previous purchases under this brand name Member?s Mark. Therefore my question, ?what happened? ? Now for the price they charge you can simply go to the grocery store and buy an off brand and get the same quality. Quite disappointed.

After being a loyal user of another brand of paper towels, I tried these because another shopper in the store told me that she really liked these. She even tore a small hole in the package of the ones she was buying so that I could feel them. I decided to purchase them and I have never looked back. They are reasonably priced, absorbent, tear easily and a little goes a long way.

The product was fine…but the problem was the ordering process did not allow an apt number to be included in the address. Even a Sam’s Club associate was unable to add it and said to order it anyway without the apt number. When the item was delivered, the FedEx person said that without the specific apt number the item could be sent back. He said he that he took extra time to ask around for my apt, but cannot guarantee that another delivery person would do the same. This was my first time to do an online order…not a good experience.

We have exclusively used Bounty for years. With the continuous increase in prices on these disposable paper products, we decided to give these a shot and we are not disappointed. The quality is nearly identical and a little easier on the pocketbook. We will definitely buy again & highly recommend switching if you want to save some money without sacrificing quality.

Not what they used to be. Don't waste your money. You are better off stick8ng to name brands and buying on sale. The only good thing about this roll is the amount of towels on the roll…but the quality is comparable to the cheapest brands you can find.

Before covid and inflation, these were GREAT. They filled my enclosed paper towel holder up. They would scrub the sides until about 10-12 were used. Now, they barely fill it 3/4 full. The sheets are much thinner also. The price has gone up considerably, and the product has shrank. If we were paying more for the same, it would be ok, but we get less product.

Wow, you changed the paper towels. You only made 2.2 Billion dollars in profit in 2024. Guess you didn't make enough money so you had to cheapen the paper towels. I use these for work. 10 years ago the main reason I joined Sams was because these were so superior to anything else. You can't hate gigantic corporations enough. Guess BILLIONS to your share holders just isn't enough. Unbelievable.

The quality of these paper towels has really gone down hill. They use to be fairly thick and absorbent, and now as soon as the water hits them, they just disintegrate. They are so flimsy now. I sure hate this because the price keeps going up, but the quality has diminished. I will have to find something else. This is one of the main reasons i shopped at Sam's club so, I wouldn't have to be in the stores buying paper towels every week.

I've been buying these paper towels for several years and was always impressed that the quality rivaled Bounty for a much lower price. However, in the last delivery I received, there is a noticeable drop in quality. The towel is much thinner and one sheet is not enough to dry your hands after washing. The towel used to be plush with the embossing and now it is barely visible. Even the perforation is sub-standard, often not able to be torn cleanly. This towel was a bargain when the quality was good, but now it is no longer worth it.

Why is there so many I mean it is not like I'm going to be like AHHHHH I SPILLED RANCH ON ME every day. so then how to open them just rip a hole and dump them all out like GO OUT GO OUT GO OUT GO OUT the paper towels are made of paper fresh from trees. They can also be used for toilet papering houses at 2am then the dude wakes up and is like BROOOO WHO TP'D MY HOUSE so that is the too many paper towels oh and they wipe messes well.
