I love these paper towels. I like how they are individually wrapped and the select and tear sheets. It absorbs spills without dripping through the paper. Also, with the thickness of the paper towel you can even do the dishes with out it tearing. I recommend this product.

ughhh. I'm so irritated with the way my last pack of these won't fit on my Kitchen Aid paper towel holder, been getting these exact paper towels for years without any issues and with the last pack, every roll I've tried will not go on the holder. Super bummed esp considering I just had rotator cuff surgery and down to one arm. I usually end up tearing up half the roll trying to force it on. For $20 this is unacceptable, now I'm gonna be worried for my next purchases.

Before covid and inflation, these were GREAT. They filled my enclosed paper towel holder up. They would scrub the sides until about 10-12 were used. Now, they barely fill it 3/4 full. The sheets are much thinner also. The price has gone up considerably, and the product has shrank. If we were paying more for the same, it would be ok, but we get less product.

I don't mind the paper towels but every single roll comes with this problem. The beginning of each roll, the paper towels aren't perforated, so when you go to grab 1 sheet, you end up pulling a singular sheet that's the size of 3-4 sheets. It's really annoying esp when you spill something and you try to clean it up but then you're fidgeting with the paper towel dispenser instead. Then a cycle continues of the paper towels being perforated or not throughout the entire roll.

I bought these for years, one of the staples of Sams Club. But the thickness has dropped. I know they have changed Because I had some old rolls, and compared. it’s a big difference. They used to be like bounty, now they are like rolls they sell at the 99 cent store, cheap and thin. Bring back the original formula.

I have been buying these paper towels for years but this last package is different. These are a lot thinner than they used to be. I may buy one more time just to make sure that this wasn't just a bad batch, but if they are like these, I will go back to name brand.

Product quality has changed. These are not the same paper towels that we have purchased for years. Price is the same but these towels are thin, crispy, rip easily and are clearly a lower grade towel. The last two purchased are poor, and very similar to the cheap Dollar Store towels. Why? What happened?

I have no idea what happened to these towels, but they aren't worth 10 cents! Two ply? Ok, they are...if you think a super thin tissue of sandpaper counts as a ply. They are flimsy, thin, scratchy....not near as soft and durable as they were. My husband thinks they feel oily or something. I always recommended the Member's Mark brand because they were equal if not better than the name brand. Well, guess I am going to the brand name. I have a huge batch of these to use up first. Guess I could return them...maybe I will.

The papertowels are great. But shame on you for denying shipping to my address for this and toilet paper. It makes it easy for a mother to have these items delivered and you took that option away. Along with many of the other heavier and bulky items.

Our family, relatives, and friends have been using this product for more than 15 years every month and it has been of exceptional quality. Recently, we opened a newly purchased package and found the quality to be inferior to what it was last month. Once a thick sturdy and super absorbent paper towel and now a flimsy, super thin, awful product that rivals the super low-quality paper towel found on the shelves for fifty cents a roll. Highly disappointed and will not buy it again!!
