These paper towels used to be great. We purchased them for years upon years. Lately the couple packages, not rolls, have been easily torn and feel cheaper. We can't even rip a sheet without it tearing apart towards the bottom. When we first started using these years ago, they were on point with Bounty. They could be reused and weren't easily torn. They are not the same. I don't know exactly when the change began happening, but even our kids have started to ask why they are tearing so easily.

I've been buying these paper towels for several years and was always impressed that the quality rivaled Bounty for a much lower price. However, in the last delivery I received, there is a noticeable drop in quality. The towel is much thinner and one sheet is not enough to dry your hands after washing. The towel used to be plush with the embossing and now it is barely visible. Even the perforation is sub-standard, often not able to be torn cleanly. This towel was a bargain when the quality was good, but now it is no longer worth it.

I love this paper towel it has a lot of sheets on it and it's very durable. My household would go through two of the old brand I used before in a day. Now I have paper towels for 2 days in my large family. Great value, last long, and very durable I will only buy Member's Mark Paper Towels.

Wow, you changed the paper towels. You only made 2.2 Billion dollars in profit in 2024. Guess you didn't make enough money so you had to cheapen the paper towels. I use these for work. 10 years ago the main reason I joined Sams was because these were so superior to anything else. You can't hate gigantic corporations enough. Guess BILLIONS to your share holders just isn't enough. Unbelievable.

For the past 7 years, I have religiously purchased these paper towels. I bragged about the awesome quality and the amazing price. Well, that all changed with this last batch of paper towels that I purchased. I thought that I was the only one who noticed that these paper towels were not the same. However, my husband, who never cares about things like this, mentioned how "off" these paper towels were. They do not absorb well and they even shred apart! I do not know what has changed with this batch, but I don't like it!

To much glue on the flap that holds the towels together. I have lost at least 12 full sheets per roll. Got tired of counting after the first 5 rolls. Called customer service or should I say no customer service. Only offered to let quality assurance know about the issue. Didn’t even offer to swap the towels out. If you loose 12 plus sheets every roll is it a good value? I would not recommend these because of the poor quality and and even worse customer service.

I only recently decided to try these paper towels, instead of buying my usual, more expensive brand-name paper towel...and I'm so glad I did!!! These paper towels are thick two-ply, quality paper towels, very absorbant. These will be my go-to for paper towels from now on!

The papertowels are great. But shame on you for denying shipping to my address for this and toilet paper. It makes it easy for a mother to have these items delivered and you took that option away. Along with many of the other heavier and bulky items.

PLEASE check into improving the quality. These paper towels are not what they use to be and it IS reflected in the reviews. Please stop asking people to call with batch codes or whatever...the reviews show...the product HAS changed and not for the better. SO disappointed!

We have exclusively used Bounty for years. With the continuous increase in prices on these disposable paper products, we decided to give these a shot and we are not disappointed. The quality is nearly identical and a little easier on the pocketbook. We will definitely buy again & highly recommend switching if you want to save some money without sacrificing quality.
