I have been buying these for the last 2+ years and have had no problems. We just bought another "case" and while they still work well they tear horribly. Never a full tear apart. Again, they work just as good as they always have it's just hard to get a perfect tear. Sounds silly but I don't like change lol

I was in a hurry and didn't notice the warning sign on the package. "NEW & IMPROVED!" it says. "Thicker & longer lasting" it says. The difference was immediately apparent when I opened the first roll. What were once good, quality, 2 ply paper towels, have unfortunately been replaced with second-rate, 2 ply paper towels, that are now, IMHO, more comparable to a poor quality, budget brand. After years of being loyal to this brand, I'll be exploring other options..........as this will be the last time I purchase Member's Mark paper towels.

Great absorbent towels

Every time I go to Sam’s… I get their paper towels and that’s my jam, They wipe up messes better than Brawny, Other paper towels are thin and scrawny, Cheaper than Bounty and that’s what’s up, Soaks the pee off the floor from your brand new pup, Just swipe up the crumbs and give it a toss, Cleaning up spills like a paper towel boss, Everyone loves them and that’s the reason, I’m fighting people for them like it’s hurricane season, so next time you’re in Sam’s I suggest you buy, because they are the best and now you know why…

First time purchasing and I am very impressed at the quality of this paper towel for the value. Very hygienic and can pack a couple in the car as I am always on the go with no issues as they are individually wrapped. These are thick and very absorbent. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Don’t bother!

The last package of these I got are not scored to the small sheets shown in the images for “select and tear”. We end up having to tear ourselves because the perforation marks are far and few. I pulled paper towels to the end of my counter (very long) before I came across a score mark and could actually tear a sheet off. Have wasted most of the roll because of this.

We usually buy Bounty paper towels. But, took a chance buying these based on how many people we saw walking around with them in their cart. First impression was they "felt" like Bounty, but when drying my hands with a 1/2 sheet like I normally do with Bounty, found that I needed a second half sheet to get the job done. Same thing for cleaning up spills. Disappointing. Now we're stuck with these until they are gone, which won't take long because we're having to use so many. What I would change about these: Absorbency. Leave out the individual wrapping.

I have bought these for over 10 yearas. Recently, I bought a package and noticed bug parts on the bottom inside one of the rolls. I thought okay it crawled in from the store and we need to make sure we get it from the top of the stack and check the bottom. Then, two rolls later I found bug parts inbetween like it was apart of the roll which leaves me to believe parts are being processed during the inital making of the paper towels. I've been looking closely now and notice the paper towels have black spots and specs of something. These are filthy papertowels. Did you change manufacture because they nasty and also thinner? I definity will not be using these again and will pay more for another brand!!!

Not happy at all with these paper towels. We are a Bounty family and decided to try Member's Mark, because how bad could they be? Full sheets, yay! The towels are thinner than a Bounty towel, but that's not a problem as long as they absorb which they kinda did but not as well. However,after drying his hands, my husband had lint all over his hands and then clothing. Not our favorite purchase by far and if I could return the 14 unopened rolls I would.
