I have bought Member's Mark paper towels for years and have always appreciated the quality and price. Unfortunately the latest I bought in the store did not live up to my expectations. They are not as thick and are very rough. I had a few rolls left from last order and it was easy to see and feel the change. Poor quality now for Member's Mark. I will have to spend the extra dollars now to change to Bounty.

Not happy at all with these paper towels. We are a Bounty family and decided to try Member's Mark, because how bad could they be? Full sheets, yay! The towels are thinner than a Bounty towel, but that's not a problem as long as they absorb which they kinda did but not as well. However,after drying his hands, my husband had lint all over his hands and then clothing. Not our favorite purchase by far and if I could return the 14 unopened rolls I would.

I always buy these paper towels because of price and select a size. It has become a real chore to find them in the store, even checked stores within 3 hour drive of Saginaw Michigan in case I am traveling... and all are out of stock. Same with many other products. Club membership is de diminished if products are not available. How accurate are the websites about stock on hand?

The paper towels themself work great. Every time I would tear off a sheet, little paper particles with fly everywhere. My countertops, paper towel holder, and everything else I owned is covered and paper towel dust. And for that it is worth the extra money to just by the Bounty paper towels.

I have bought these for over 10 yearas. Recently, I bought a package and noticed bug parts on the bottom inside one of the rolls. I thought okay it crawled in from the store and we need to make sure we get it from the top of the stack and check the bottom. Then, two rolls later I found bug parts inbetween like it was apart of the roll which leaves me to believe parts are being processed during the inital making of the paper towels. I've been looking closely now and notice the paper towels have black spots and specs of something. These are filthy papertowels. Did you change manufacture because they nasty and also thinner? I definity will not be using these again and will pay more for another brand!!!

Great absorbent towels

I am not the only one who noticed the change of the thickness and the absorbent of these paper towels. I have bought these for years and love their quality and pricing until the last purchase. I am so disappointed as they used to be comparable to Bounty. I am always a big fan of these paper towels and told my friends about the thickness and how absorbent they are but NOT anymore!!! I will not be buying this again unless the durable quality is back!

I have been buying these for the last 2+ years and have had no problems. We just bought another "case" and while they still work well they tear horribly. Never a full tear apart. Again, they work just as good as they always have it's just hard to get a perfect tear. Sounds silly but I don't like change lol

Expected more quality as it was a Member’s Mark brand :-( Not the quality of Bounty paper towels. Used 2x the sheets of the Member’s Mark paper towels because they were not thick, tore easily, & did not hold up as well as Bounty. With the shortage of products due to the pandemic, I was most grateful to find any paper towels in stock!!!
