I always buy these paper towels because of price and select a size. It has become a real chore to find them in the store, even checked stores within 3 hour drive of Saginaw Michigan in case I am traveling... and all are out of stock. Same with many other products. Club membership is de diminished if products are not available. How accurate are the websites about stock on hand?

The paper towels are good for most household needs. The only issue that I have found is that when doing glass, mirrors, cooktops, etc, that these towels leave a light film. I need to follow up with a Bounty towel all the time to get everything very clean. They are great for tidying up little spills and such.

I am ALL about saving money, and that's why I joined Sam's Club, but these paper towels are just worthless. They did NOT save money or time. Fell apart and were not very absorbent. You CANNOT beat Bounty (even if they are more expensive). No more substituting on paper towels for me anymore.

I have been buying these for years and loving them. The last packages I bought however are very different. The perforation is very poor. I am unable to tear a small sheet off the roll without holding the role and using both hands which is difficult with wet hands. Back to the higher price towels because I won't waist towels and ultimately will save me money. Also, "assembled in USA" is nice but where is the paper made?

I always love buying these towels until last month when I purchased them and used them to clean glass. It had a awful after smell!!!!!! I thought it was the Windex at first but no it was the paper towels. I tried calling my Sam's to see if I could return it but never got an answer.!!!

We've been buying these towels for years and WERE very satisfied. Bought them last month (Apr 19) and noticed immediate decline in quality. Your claimed improvements to make them last longer, stronger, and more absorbent clearly failed. They fall apart after one use and absorb very little. Very sad you chose to degrade a decent product.

The last purchase of these towels gave me 15 rolls of lesser quality paper towels than I expected. This has been a "go to" product for me for years. There are paper scraps in every roll and light weight paper towels, too similar to the cheapest economy towel sold. Such a disappointment that this product has been "revised".

Love them.

NOT a "Super Premium" paper towel as the package states. Maybe a step above a generic Dollar Store brand but not very absorbent or strong when wet compared to the Bounty brand. Needed 2-3 times as many sheets to do the same job as a single Bounty sheet.

I have purchased these paper towels for years. Quality was comparable to higher priced towels. My last order was thin and rough like sand paper. I will not buy again. Based on other reviews -Sam’s Club is losing a lot of customers. Will spend more on Bounty to get a quality product.
