I've been buying these for years and was very satisfied until the "New" version was delivered. I now have a problem with the select-a-size .If I pull for one towel, I either get 1/2, 1 1/2 or 2 towels, and on the rare occasion 1 towel. Mostly, I get one full towel and the ripped off half of another. Never experienced this with old version. I gave a "3" rating because they still do a nice job of cleaning, but I'm back to bounty for now due to the select-a-size problem.

I have used members Mark paper towels for years and loved them. The last roll I opened leaves lint everywhere. I can’t use it for food prep (draining bacon or drying chicken). Cleaning with these towels would just lead to more cleaning. What do I do with these? Sam’s please fix this!

NOT a "Super Premium" paper towel as the package states. Maybe a step above a generic Dollar Store brand but not very absorbent or strong when wet compared to the Bounty brand. Needed 2-3 times as many sheets to do the same job as a single Bounty sheet.

I bought these in the hopes that they would be comparable to Bounty as they even looked like Bounty towels. Boy was I disappointed! It takes many more of them to do the job of just a few Bounty towels. It makes me question buying other products with that label as well now.

Uh oh, not sure if I just got a bad batch, but my recent purchase (2 cases) seems pretty thin...more like 1-ply! I am hoping this is not indicative of the quality moving forward. Feels like I'll be using more to do the same job...one sheet did not suffice to even dry my hands which it did in the past. This is unfortunate, as these PT have been a staple in my house!!

These are like Brawny, not Bounty. Brawny wants to be Bounty but is 1/3 thinner. Same texture but thinner. Same with these paper towels. They are 1/3 thinner than Bounty with the same texture. I’ve used Bounty for many years. Do not believe those who say these are like Bounty. They are not. If you like Brawny then here you go.

I have been purchasing these paper towels for at least 6 years. I always found them comparable to a leading brand also sold at Sams. The bunch that I bought last week are horrible. The two ply towel were separating on each and every towel. It was true of the next roll I opened in the bunch so I am assuming they changed how they make them. Such a bummer! The quality would probably still be acceptable if the two layers would stay together, but as they are now they are horrible. I am now in search of another somewhat reasonably priced brand.

Have been buying these for years and have loved them. However, the last batch is really disappointing! Much thinner and less durable than the towels I am used to. When you tear a half sheet off of the roll, it leaves half of what you want still attached. Personally I'd much rather pay a little bit more for these towels than pay the same for a lower quality product.

Thin, rips easily, Blue dye on most rolls from out packaging logo label. Rolls that didn't have blue dulye on them had some kinda of dirt or cardboard flakes. Don't count on cleaning with these. Will be hauling back to Sam's to return. Just another item where quality has diminished substantially, but higher went up.

These are ok but they are not Bounty quality. They're cheaper so we decided to give them a try but will be going back to Bounty. They're not as thick or have as good absorption or cleaning ability. In addition, I can't stand the select-a-size paper towels. Give me my full-sized paper towels back! What is this, a communist country? lol
