Very quite - forget to turn off sometimes - then feel it the next day.

My window air conditioner worked so much better!!

Works great and cools nicely but it's starting to make a clunking noise when it turns off and a now a winding/grinding noise under regular operation.

I've spent every summer hot in our house. I've bought many AC's but none have worked until this one. So happy with this buy! Yes it's a little noisy but what do you expect? It's far less noisy than our others have been.

Bought this unit to help out old central unit during this heatwave. This little unit blows out ice cold air and is pretty quiet. So far very impressed and satisfied. Should get me thru this Mississippi summer heatwave no problem .

Received a few days later than expected and set up this past Sunday. It does cool, ran for 6 hours and leaked water out onto hardwood. This isn't acceptable re-read instructions and doesn't mention the possibility of leaking water. Returning item!!

I bought this last year and it only worked on weekends, in the summer. Now it does not work, that is, the fans are noisy, but there is no cold. I would not advise buying expensive appliances for one season.

I bought this unit in May 2022 and it's a disappointment. With the A/C being set on 64 degrees, my house stays in the high 70's, sometimes 80 degree. I feel as if that is unacceptable. My window a/c unit worked better for my whole downstairs area than this and it less BTU.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this unit for a couple of months now during some of the hottest weather in recent memory, and it's done alright. I have it in my living room which has a very high ceiling so I suspect the unit is just doing the best it can, but that 700sq feet seems a little optimistic. Still, I can't fault the unit for me having a tall ceiling, but I've tried it in a couple of rooms that have decent square footage but not high ceilings and it still feels like it struggles. All in all it's a good backup unit, but I don't think I'll be using it as my primary.

I bought this a few days ago. I installed it in my 400 sq ft living room area. after over four hours the temp had dropped only 2 degrees F on a thermometer 15 ft away. The design of this portable AC unit blows heated air out he tube to the outside so, of course, that amount of replacement air has to enter the building . Thus outside hot air is sucked in making poor efficiency. (If the outside air is hotter than the expelled air then you are increasing the amount of heat in the building!). Central AC systems get rid of heat totally outside the building via exterior air. Your automobile AC systems provide a "recycle" option to make cooling more effective/efficient. I believe most window AC units recycle interior air and expell heat via exterior radiator and exterior fan. I plan to return this unit.
