Really love the look and feel of the air conditioners and not to mention how cool it makes the room on a hot summer day. Great product, very big packaging and nicely made. The controls are easy to use and cools the room really quickly. I'm surprised how well this works and what a savings on my electric bill.

If you have a room that you need to cool down temporarily or just give your normal unit a boost in the summer, this unit will do the trick. It is easy to setup and use and will have you cooled down before you know it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We picked up this portable air conditioner for our lake house, because the HVAC there just isn't powerful enough. So we are using this portable AC to keep the master bedroom cool while we sleep. It was super easy to set up and it keeps the 600 square feet or so very cool. Two other things we also love about it are that it is on wheels and it also has a timer so we don't have to remember to turn it on ahead of time. Highly recommend this AC to cool those warm rooms!

We live in AZ so the garage cannot be used about 7 months out of the year without some form of cooling. This unit has done the trick. It is very sturdy and quite heavy. It was simple to set up and we like having a remote control to use with it as well. It cools the garage off nicely and is quieter than we expected it to be.

It was very easy to install and instantly I noticed a difference in how cool the room felt. The features are easy to learn and it isn't so big that it takes up much space at all. I won't say the other brand, but I got this unit to replace my old one and it's SO much better. Cools the room faster and it does it way quieter. Very happy with this unit. It works very well and is able to cool down my large family room in just a few minutes. The directions were simple and easy to follow. I especially like the fact that it's not loud like other portable ac units. I live in Texas, so it gets extremely hot and humid. I'm so glad I'm able to simply turn on this unit and have a cool room in no time.

It's super easy to install and can move it easily as well. It's a bit noisy but expected in a small space. the timer is nice to customize the schedule for when we're working out in that room. it's heavy and you may need some help getting it upstairs!

I placed the portable AC in my shed turned into office and i am very pleased on how quiet and easy to assemble.

I have 2 of these units and an older DeLonghi. I live in Florida and initially purchased the first 1 to have in case my central air conditioner went out. That older unit was not enough, so I purchased this unit in June 2021. My central Air conditioning is old and it finally died in August 2021. I set-up up my 2 units and quickly realized I needed another for my 1100 SF home. I have 1 in the main living area, 1 in the room that houses my parrots, and 1 in my bedroom. Using 3 of these does cool the house down to a good temperature and buys me time to save to purchase another central A/C unit. This unit cools well, however, I have to empty the tank often. I called DeLonghi and they said the high humidity in Florida is the reason that I have to empty the tank so often. The tank spout is very low on the unit. I put a paper bowl under it to empty it. When the temperatures were in the mid 90's, the AC units did a good job cooling my home. Now that the outside temperatures are in the mid to high 80's, the AC units have no trouble keeping up. Just know that this unit is designed to cool individual rooms, not a home. If I could change anything on this unit it would be 2 things. Maybe have an water tank that is easier to empty rather then the low short spout. The other is the window kit. The exhaust hose does not stay in the unit very well. I used packing tape to help hold it. There has to be a way the exhaust hose could snap-in securely on the unit.
