Beside the fact that the exhaust hose and panels are flimsy and incomplete, the system is also terribly loud. Will be returning it.

Quality product. Quiet and cools a large area in a short amount of time. I would never consider a traditional window air conditioner again.

I've had this air conditioner for almost 3 months now, and it cools off my entire townhouse apartment. I absolutely love how well it works, but it did double my electric bill, which I don't love. I wish it was more energy efficient.

The black one I bought did not keep cool even in a very small room. I returned it. Make sure to find a unit that says "top rating" on it. And, good luck if Sam's Club will return it after 90 days. So, be careful
