Works great. Installed in 2 &1/2 care garage of a Florida home with West facing evening sun. This unit is able to make my garage workshop tolerable at 80degrees with garage door temp at 100+

Received the air conditioner set it up and waited 24 hours before using. It was located in a 12 x 12 room and after 2 hours had not cooled the room down a single degree it was obviously a faulty unit

Despite its claim I would say this unit could cool, maybe, 100 sg ft. Ours could not cool 350 Sq ft and after a week the compressor gave out and we returned it.

Not for a 450 sq.ft. Fully insulated metal shop with 14' ceiling in Central Oklahoma. At 78* setting, shop went from 88* and 3 hrs later it was 92*. Returned to Sam's club.

Lost our MBR 2 Ton A/C and this unit has done a great job of keeping us cool enough to sleep while repairs are coming for our unit. Great to have on hand incase we lose power from a hurricane.

this is a great A/C machine, using in our parts department the old one we had was always tripping our breakers, not this one !!! it also chills more than the 700 sq ft in this 100+ heat this summer and very quiet

We bought this for a 600 SQFT garage very well insulated. Its good for about 20-25 degree drop and I would estimate the capacity is closer to 450 SQFT for temps in the 70s when its 100 outside.

Bought as short term fix for ductless units that were back ordered. They worked well enough to keep rooms reasonable during a heat wave but wouldn't plan on being a good permanent solution unless very small apartment or somewhere where you cant have something more efficient installed Pros It was on sale Relatively easy to install Good build quality Cons Relatively loud even on low Very loud when compressor kicks on Havent seen my utility bill yet but using one to cool 2 bedrooms upstairs and another to cool living room downstairs and have to run constantly with the heat we have had recently

Love this item! Very hot summer, temp 90-100. Had a 10,000 and got this to replace. So quiet, seems like it's not working, but the house has stayed around 75, instead of the 85-95 with the other. Split-level home, using this in open living room/kitchen-aprox 500sqft, without an extra fan to move air!!!

This is a great product, it kept my entire house at 72 degrees when the outside temperature reached as high as 105 degrees. If I wanted it to be cooler at night I put it in my bedroom and shut the door. I also used it to keep my pets comfortable in a closed off room, while other repairs were being made to my house, exterior doors were left open and workers were coming in and out. I originally purchased it because my Airconditioning unit was broken and they said it would be more than a month before repairs could be made. I will keep my unit and be happy to know I have it in reserve for any future events. This would also work great for students in units with no Airconditioning.
