I bought this a few weeks ago to cool down a large and open living room/kitchen/dining room area of the house and it does an amazing job! Not an eye sore, quiet, and effective.

Not real happy with this air conditioner it barely keeps just my living room cool. Way overpriced I don't recommend this unit at all. The old air conditioner was smaller from last year worked better then this new item.

I bought this when my mini-split unit was not working and I had to have something till the repairman could get here. This unit was easy to set up and it did the job. Not quite as cool as the regular unit, but I was still happy with it.

The output is excellent. The hose detaches when unit is moved for optimal cooling. So even though the unit cools 700 sq ft, we couldn't get the unit to the area needed to cool the entire 700 sq ft.

nice unit , but i wish i had bought a portable ac unit with double hoses , as i would have a unit that was a true 14,000 btu unit. single hose creates a vacuum and draws warm air into your home, so you get just over half the btu's listed.

We purchased this unit for our cabin which is approx 960 sq ft. The unit works well to take humidity out and cool to around 75 when it is in the upper 80s/low 90s. It was easy to install.

Purchased this a month ago to replace previous DeLongi unit that died after 10 years of use. Love the new features of this one such as dehumidifier option, fan only option, and the color. Sam's Club also offered the best price around.

I bought 3 for my sister and her family and they are very happy with their portable air conditioners especially since it is summer time and the heat is up. It cools each of their bedrooms fast too. Love the self evaporating feature too!

I've only had it two weeks and it's already thrown a code PF and it doesn't work. I'm taking it back. You spend $500 plus on something you expect to get more use out of it than two weeks.

The Delonghi Pinguino portable ac works pretty good for cooling my garage to a bearable temperature in the South Texas heat. It'll knock about 10-15 degrees off and considerably lowers the humidity.
