We have been putting together this doll house for a few hours now. Bent wood pieces, parts not lining up properly, gaps in so many places. There are a lot of flaws as well in the pieces like scratches or cut marks on the frame and scuffs. Seems like it should have so much potential but is falling so short. Deff not the sturdiest either.

Our girls were so excited with this. It took about 1.5/2 hrs to put together, but worth it. Much better quality than the plastic name brand ones, sturdy house. We did find some accessory pieces needed a dab of gorilla glue to ensure screw stays in place (this was figured out after playing) Highly recommend this if you can get your hands on it!

My daughter got this for Christmas & while we were getting ready to put it together we realized it was missing hardware (bracket, hook, and several other screws.) It was a gift from a family member who lives out of state . I called my local sams and was told to bring it up there and they would refund the money to a gift card so I could purchase another one. When I got to the store they all of a sudden couldn't pull up something on their end and decided I needed a receipt after I called before I boxed this giant dollhouse up. Disappointed in Sams & this dollhouse. Now I have an upset 4 year old.

I (not-so-handy, mom) put this together for my 3 and 4 year old girls and they are absolutely over the moon! I assembled it myself and it took about 8hrs to complete it. Overall, I ended up using the directions in the app from the barcode and did just fine. There were a few screws that took more muscle to get through and only 1 piece of wood slightly split on me with minimal force. It's not noticeable at all. I would highly recommend this item! We are very pleased :)

I bought this doll house for my kids for Christmas. Took about 2 hours to assemble, hardware included and you only need a screwdriver. A video QR code included in the booklet with video instructions to help you. It was on sale around Thanksgiving and the price dropped even more around Christmas. Comes with a bunch of furniture. The doll house is sturdy wood, with a few plastic accessories. It fit in the back of our honda van with the 3rd row down, assembled, so we could take it home from Christmas. Excited for the hours and hours of fun that will come from this gift.

I like that it has the interactive instructions because some of the instructions in the book are not clear. It is a lot taller than I thought and I am happy that it came with a wall anchor. I did add some adhesive to joining areas to help make it more sturdy and hopefully over time prevent the back boards from popping out. It was missing a few little pieces (bathtub knobs and spout, and the hook for the chandelier). I reached out to Sam's club for replacement parts, waiting to hear back about that, but in the scheme of things it isn't a huge issue (and I got it on super clearance, so even better). It took about 2.5 hours to build by myself. It was not as bad as the kitchen, but just a lot of little pieces to put together. My daughter loves it and she will definitely get many years of play out of it.

The size of this dollhouse was amazing and the amount of accessories it came with, wow! However, not even a day into playing with it the screws have ripped out of the particle board in several locations (some of which can't be repaired) it was a great price but I wish we would have gone with something of better quality-I mean at least it could have lasted a day. Disappointed with this purchase.

I purchased this dollhouse for my 7 yr old granddaughter. It took us about three hrs to assemble. Lots of pieces to put together. I would jab e given it a 5 star rating but I feel the instructions could of been more detailed. My granddaughter loves it. I would for sure recommend this purchase.

This doll house was a gift for my 8 year old daughter from her grandma, it took me 12pm-5pm to complete this house, the 3D video on the app was a breeze to follow. It's very sturdy, I had no idea how massive this thing was. My daughter absolutely loves it, totally worth the hours putting it together

Ordered in early November for a birthday. Not only did it never come but had to email company to check on status then wait another week for them to respond plus another 10 days for the package to deliver. I had to supplement the lost package with another gift and decided to wait to give for Christmas. NOT an easy build. Instructions could use some work, stripped screws, holes that weren't pre-drilled. Top floor is cracked at the corner near patio area that needs glued to secure the floor- was not noticed until hour 4 of build and nearing completion. Definitely has a lot of design flaws and would not recommend purchasing. Total disappointment
