I bought this doll house for my kids for Christmas. Took about 2 hours to assemble, hardware included and you only need a screwdriver. A video QR code included in the booklet with video instructions to help you. It was on sale around Thanksgiving and the price dropped even more around Christmas. Comes with a bunch of furniture. The doll house is sturdy wood, with a few plastic accessories. It fit in the back of our honda van with the 3rd row down, assembled, so we could take it home from Christmas. Excited for the hours and hours of fun that will come from this gift.

Our girls were so excited with this. It took about 1.5/2 hrs to put together, but worth it. Much better quality than the plastic name brand ones, sturdy house. We did find some accessory pieces needed a dab of gorilla glue to ensure screw stays in place (this was figured out after playing) Highly recommend this if you can get your hands on it!

This is great quality! The furniture is wood and durable and assembled with screws (ie it won't break the first time you kids plays with it). Use the instructions from Bilt as the paper instructions aren't great. Also, it took my husband and I four hours to put this together- give yourself lots of time:) this dollhouse is a great value and a lot of fun!

I'm not going to lie. Unlike the very deceptive box it came in, this is not a small doll house. When assembling this, you will need a screwdriver, patience, wine, four hours, and more wine. However, it will be worth it. It's beautiful with well constructed materials with TONS of accessories (yes, some will need to be assembled). But once completed, the recipient will claim your absolute best.

I purchased this dollhouse for my 7 yr old granddaughter. It took us about three hrs to assemble. Lots of pieces to put together. I would jab e given it a 5 star rating but I feel the instructions could of been more detailed. My granddaughter loves it. I would for sure recommend this purchase.

I bought this doll house the week of Christmas because it was such a good deal price wise, but since I already bought my daughters Christmas present I decided to save it for her birthday (which was really hard to keep from her for 4 months). I opened it today to assemble it to suprise her when she got home from school. So disappointed that it was missing a large price. It was the second step to assembly and one of the floors to the second story of the house! I wouldn't have minded if it was a small minor piece missing but this is a whole floor! I tried emailing the company directly (in the instruction manual there is an email to contact for missing or damaged pieces. Great right? Wrong!) But my email got sent back to me saying delivery failure which is crazy cuz it was a whole two hrs after I originally sent it. I emailed again waiting to see what happens. Also about to contact sams club Customer service but I'm worried it was so long ago that I purchased they won't help much (and I don't have the reciept)

Fantastic Dollhouse for my granddaughters! I want to give a shout-out to the designers of this dollhouse. It is amazing with all the little accessories; furniture, bedding, pillows, towels, cups, plates, speakers, hairbrush, picture frames, cactus, slide, pool, full length movable floor mirror, fabric floor puff pillow, hangers for hanging Barbie and Ken's clothes, etc., and all the items that have sound and/or light up are so cute. The keyboard, doorbell, chandelier, lamp, moving elevator and toilet flush sound, lol. It took about five hours and using the printed instructions and the BILT app simultaneously will make the job easy and enjoyable for one person. We'll have many years of fun play with this adorable beachside dollhouse!

I way underestimated the assembly of this thing! It's massive and almost every piece of furniture has to be assembled as well. For the most part assembly wasn't too difficult but it's just a lot to assemble and there were some steps missing in the BILT app but I still found it extremely useful. It took me 5-6 hours total time to assemble. The 3 hour estimate is not realistic. I did split this up into two days so I didn't get too frustrated. I skipped ahead in steps and assembled all furniture first and then tackled the house. This thing is massive and my 5 year old daughter was in awe when she saw it. She has to use a stool to reach the top floor, it's that big! It's great quality and we love it. Worth the effort for sure.

Ordered in early November for a birthday. Not only did it never come but had to email company to check on status then wait another week for them to respond plus another 10 days for the package to deliver. I had to supplement the lost package with another gift and decided to wait to give for Christmas. NOT an easy build. Instructions could use some work, stripped screws, holes that weren't pre-drilled. Top floor is cracked at the corner near patio area that needs glued to secure the floor- was not noticed until hour 4 of build and nearing completion. Definitely has a lot of design flaws and would not recommend purchasing. Total disappointment

The size of this dollhouse was amazing and the amount of accessories it came with, wow! However, not even a day into playing with it the screws have ripped out of the particle board in several locations (some of which can't be repaired) it was a great price but I wish we would have gone with something of better quality-I mean at least it could have lasted a day. Disappointed with this purchase.
