Very cheap material. Bought last year for daughter for Christmas and after a year it's falling apart. Have tried fixing a few times but it doesn't last.

Go to put this together Christmas Eve and was missing pieces. And the wood is already splitting and breaking and the wooden furniture is already breaking. You would think with the price the quality would be great but it's horrible!

I absolutely love this beach house. However, my granddaughter lost some pieces. I'm wondering if there's a way to order missing pieces only. (Not screws) like a piece to the slide and other small parts she lost.

I like that it has the interactive instructions because some of the instructions in the book are not clear. It is a lot taller than I thought and I am happy that it came with a wall anchor. I did add some adhesive to joining areas to help make it more sturdy and hopefully over time prevent the back boards from popping out. It was missing a few little pieces (bathtub knobs and spout, and the hook for the chandelier). I reached out to Sam's club for replacement parts, waiting to hear back about that, but in the scheme of things it isn't a huge issue (and I got it on super clearance, so even better). It took about 2.5 hours to build by myself. It was not as bad as the kitchen, but just a lot of little pieces to put together. My daughter loves it and she will definitely get many years of play out of it.

This item took about 4.5 hours to put together. Used the BILT app, and paper instructions that came in the box. I have put a lot of furniture together. I would say that this was one of the most difficult pieces to put together. In the end, it looks beautiful, and my children are having a great time playing with it.

My daughter got this for Christmas & while we were getting ready to put it together we realized it was missing hardware (bracket, hook, and several other screws.) It was a gift from a family member who lives out of state . I called my local sams and was told to bring it up there and they would refund the money to a gift card so I could purchase another one. When I got to the store they all of a sudden couldn't pull up something on their end and decided I needed a receipt after I called before I boxed this giant dollhouse up. Disappointed in Sams & this dollhouse. Now I have an upset 4 year old.

Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas since it's staying at my house because she doesn't have room at home I decided to go ahead and put it together and I'm so glad I did it took a few hours to get it done lots of things to put together but definitely worth it her little mind is going to be blown ! I do recommend putting it together ahead of time if not being moved to a different house

We have been putting together this doll house for a few hours now. Bent wood pieces, parts not lining up properly, gaps in so many places. There are a lot of flaws as well in the pieces like scratches or cut marks on the frame and scuffs. Seems like it should have so much potential but is falling so short. Deff not the sturdiest either.

I (not-so-handy, mom) put this together for my 3 and 4 year old girls and they are absolutely over the moon! I assembled it myself and it took about 8hrs to complete it. Overall, I ended up using the directions in the app from the barcode and did just fine. There were a few screws that took more muscle to get through and only 1 piece of wood slightly split on me with minimal force. It's not noticeable at all. I would highly recommend this item! We are very pleased :)

This dollhouse is worth every penny and hour it took me to assemble it. It's so cute and comes with so many things. The furniture and accessories are great and I'm so glad we got this one instead of the Barbie house. My 5 year old is having a blast playing with it, it's taller than her. She loves her Christmas present.
