The quality of this dollhouse is criminal. The dollhouse is made of hard cardboard because it sure isn't made of particle board. You have random pieces in random boxes that can take quite a long time to locate. I got really lucky because the dollhouse started cracking after the first few steps. The pictures were peeling off of the cardboard before I even began assembling it. It was a headache, and a waste of time to assemble, but at least I will be able to get my daughter a better dollhouse. The quality was disappointing.

I ordered this for my 4 year old for Christmas. I downloaded the app and following the instructions. The screws do not go in easily. Screw A IS TOO long for some areas and now we have a new doll house with broken levels. My husband has to use all his might to get them in. Very disappointed.

The most positive part of this experience is the instructions on the app, which provide great details for each step.However, there is still detail that is need to correctly assemble.,The quality of the boards is horrible. The furniture that require assembling has no numbers to correlate. In some cases, you do not have the correct holes to screw. The background does not stay screwed; I had to tape. I would not recommend purchasing. In addition to the quality; you definitely need a second person for the assembly and it still takes a long time to put together.

This dollhouse is very big and has lots of great details. Some pieces had small chips or a scratch but we got it on sale and still worth the money despite that. The slide is a real annoyance bc my daughter loves it but it is not stable at all and just comes off when she uses it. But it'sSTILL wroth it. She will grow into this and it's very cute

This is probably one the cheapest made dollhouse I've ever see. Half the screws are too small for what they're used for and multiple walls split apart in the process. The kids appreciate it, but I would be extremely surprised if it makes it 6 months.

First the holes do not add up at all. It took over 2 hours just to put together and that includes someone helping. Not sturdy the screws keep coming out the back after 1 day. I should of read the reviews first but I recommend reading the reviews before purchase

Go to put this together Christmas Eve and was missing pieces. And the wood is already splitting and breaking and the wooden furniture is already breaking. You would think with the price the quality would be great but it's horrible!

I absolutely love this beach house. However, my granddaughter lost some pieces. I'm wondering if there's a way to order missing pieces only. (Not screws) like a piece to the slide and other small parts she lost.
