This is great quality! The furniture is wood and durable and assembled with screws (ie it won't break the first time you kids plays with it). Use the instructions from Bilt as the paper instructions aren't great. Also, it took my husband and I four hours to put this together- give yourself lots of time:) this dollhouse is a great value and a lot of fun!

I way underestimated the assembly of this thing! It's massive and almost every piece of furniture has to be assembled as well. For the most part assembly wasn't too difficult but it's just a lot to assemble and there were some steps missing in the BILT app but I still found it extremely useful. It took me 5-6 hours total time to assemble. The 3 hour estimate is not realistic. I did split this up into two days so I didn't get too frustrated. I skipped ahead in steps and assembled all furniture first and then tackled the house. This thing is massive and my 5 year old daughter was in awe when she saw it. She has to use a stool to reach the top floor, it's that big! It's great quality and we love it. Worth the effort for sure.

Fantastic Dollhouse for my granddaughters! I want to give a shout-out to the designers of this dollhouse. It is amazing with all the little accessories; furniture, bedding, pillows, towels, cups, plates, speakers, hairbrush, picture frames, cactus, slide, pool, full length movable floor mirror, fabric floor puff pillow, hangers for hanging Barbie and Ken's clothes, etc., and all the items that have sound and/or light up are so cute. The keyboard, doorbell, chandelier, lamp, moving elevator and toilet flush sound, lol. It took about five hours and using the printed instructions and the BILT app simultaneously will make the job easy and enjoyable for one person. We'll have many years of fun play with this adorable beachside dollhouse!

My parents bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves has not stopped playing with it. It took me a few hours to build because I took a lunch break in between but was worth it to see my little girl happy the lights are LED so they look great in a dimmed room. I'm 6ft tall and the dollhouse seems pretty big looks great in play area

I bought this doll house for my kids for Christmas. Took about 2 hours to assemble, hardware included and you only need a screwdriver. A video QR code included in the booklet with video instructions to help you. It was on sale around Thanksgiving and the price dropped even more around Christmas. Comes with a bunch of furniture. The doll house is sturdy wood, with a few plastic accessories. It fit in the back of our honda van with the 3rd row down, assembled, so we could take it home from Christmas. Excited for the hours and hours of fun that will come from this gift.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. It took a while to put together but so worth it. She hasn't seen it yet but I know she will love it. I just wish that some of the holes lined up a little better. Definitely a 2 person job on some things. Love that you can download an app to help put together.

Took just over 3ish hours to put together by myself. Pretty well made and sturdy. The 3d app with the assembly instructions was extremely helpful. The booklet that came in the box isn't the best. A lot of cute accessories came with it and overall a really good deal for the money.
