Nice heavy pans.

We bought the set 4 days ago mostly on price but the last set of Member mark pans we bought was a million years ago ( when they included a wok and the straining insert) and I had several pans that were losing the finish on the inside. Take my box home unpack and start to wash up the lids and what is my complaint The water that accumulates inside the rim from washing and rinsing that DOESN"T dry out ! This could be a deal breaker for me. Because I am not going to have lids sitting on my counter waiting 24 hours to dry! Why wasn't this addressed when they were making the lids ! Surely I'm not the only person that this has happened to ? You can see the water on the inside of the rim. I know its on the inside because no matter how hard I tried to get my towel in there the water was still there!! Granted its nice to see into the pot what you are making but, really is it necessary ? There is a silver lining to this and that is the old metal lids ( ones I can't see through) fit the pots and pans so I'll just be keeping those ! Anybody want some glass lids ? Seriously Member Mark sure hope your redesign group rethinks this lid !

I ordered these online and have only been used a few times and the inside coating is chipping off. And to make make matters worse, customer service is a big joke. I've called three times, each time they promise an email with return information but I never receive the email. Each time I call they have no record of me ever calling. Sam's has really gone downhill!

We bought this set about 5 months ago. The price was very good, considering a similar name brand set sells for 3 0r 4 hundred dollars. The smooth bottoms are great for a ceramic top stove. Very heavy duty pans with see through lids. Only complaints are water stays in the ring on non vented lids. Also, directions tell you not to use higher than medium heat. If you are using stock pot filled 2/3 full of water to boil pasta, it takes about 30 minutes for the water to begin boiling with a lid on the pot.

I have owned these for over 5 years. I purchased several sets of other manufacturers by top chefs and absolutely hated them and returned them to the store after just one use. Member's Mark was the last set Sam's had and I was desperate to have a set of pans. I love these so much. They are better than I could even expect and when I need another set I will be getting Member's Mark.

Really good so far

I have had this cookware for less than 1 year; I wash them by hand. The bottoms of 3 out of 9 of the pieces are beginning to chip and lose their nonstick coating. I made sure to follow the instructions and only cook on medium heat at the highest, following the recommended pre-cook method and everything. I even bought all brand new spatculas and spoons made of silicone as to not scratch them bottoms. These things are not worth the money.

So I'm not that good of a cook to tell if they're fabulous pans. But they're decent, seem sturdy enough and non stick everything comes off easily. They do scratch easily from the exterior the bottoms are all scratched up as soon as you set it on the stove. WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING ABOUT THE LIDS IS TRUE!!! They suck! If you can overlook these details the set is pretty good. You can definitely get a cheaper tfal or the other brand set or something along this lines but the quality of these seem sturdier and better and doesn't look like it will peel like my tfal set

Everyone keep saying great product. But are you looking under the lid. There's a design flaw in the steam lids. Water pools up and is trapped between the glass and the seam. I made steamed rice and then rice pudding in the same pot and you can see the residual from the rice in the glass. Plus the edge also traps food particles. This is a breeding ground for bacteria to build up. Once it's in there it can't be cleaned so they are being returned. I loved everything else but this can't be overlooked.

The finish is cheap
