After being very impressed with Members Mark commercial grade pans, I thought I'd try these. I didn't actually need a new set as my Le Creuset is still in great shape but I was curious about the quality given the low price. Well …we really like these pans. The handles and bolts are fine for home use and the pan surfaces are quite good. I recommend these pans if you're not snobby and just *have* to have the expensive names.

I have had my set for a while now and they are still holding up. I cook 2xs a day, every day! I am very impressed. My mother also has this set, she is amazed at how well they hold up. I put them in the dishwasher and I know a lot of pans say dishwasher safe but really they are not. These are a great buy! I highly suggest purchasing these if you are looking for a good set.

I loved the pots right out of the box but once I used the lids they have rust and water between the glass and the metal. They also have dark spots around the lid. I need to return but if some of my old lids will fit I may keep. They are good pots and pans they just need to get the lids right

We bought this set about 5 months ago. The price was very good, considering a similar name brand set sells for 3 0r 4 hundred dollars. The smooth bottoms are great for a ceramic top stove. Very heavy duty pans with see through lids. Only complaints are water stays in the ring on non vented lids. Also, directions tell you not to use higher than medium heat. If you are using stock pot filled 2/3 full of water to boil pasta, it takes about 30 minutes for the water to begin boiling with a lid on the pot.

The finish is cheap

We bought these pans to replace a hodgepodge of pans we had before. It is a nice cohesive set, nonstick, but we cannot STAND these pans because the outer coating rubs off every chance it gets! You CANNOT wipe the outside with anything, if you do, you will find a nasty surprised on the other end. You get nasty black coating on your nice tea towels or paper towels. This is very aggravating, and hence why we are looking to replace this set, which is a shame because they work very well despite the outer coating wiping off.

I purchased this set about a month ago. Since the first day, the pans burned bacon, sausage and eggs in the pan. Then it took soaking them in hot water and soap to get the burnt food out. Still, the pans were stained with the burnt food. The material used is not great. I brought them to make my life easier, but I ended up spending more time scrubbing. I couldn't return the set back because I threw the box away. So make sure to save the box until you are satisfied with your purchase.

I ordered these online and have only been used a few times and the inside coating is chipping off. And to make make matters worse, customer service is a big joke. I've called three times, each time they promise an email with return information but I never receive the email. Each time I call they have no record of me ever calling. Sam's has really gone downhill!

I love the quality of the pans, BUT the bottoms of all the pans on mine were ruff and sharp, Don't know if all these products scratch but mine did. I didn't notice this until after I placed them on my cooktop to view all the pieces, if you lightly slide your pans across stovetop surface to pick pan up it scratched. My husband was upset, he sanded bottoms of all the pans so now they work great, not sure if this nulls the warranty but at least I can use my new pans. Happy with them now. Recommend checking bottoms first.
