We have some tips for you to protect this set. 1) Always cook on low to medium heat. 2) Avoid overheat (dry boil) empty cookware. 3) Recommend using silicone, nylon, bamboo or wood utensils when cooking. 4) Please keep the temperature lower than 232℃ before put the food in the cookware. 5) Avoid sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock).
