Bought these maybe a year ago; never use metal in them, yesterday I went to use the small saucepan and noticed what I thought was some food or grease stuck to the the bottom; I attempted to scratch it off with my fingernail and it was not food or grease but the bottom non-stick material bubbling off. Now there is a uncoated spot on the bottom of the pan and I do not think it should be used. Why did this happen and how can I get just the one pan replaced?

We bought these pans to replace a hodgepodge of pans we had before. It is a nice cohesive set, nonstick, but we cannot STAND these pans because the outer coating rubs off every chance it gets! You CANNOT wipe the outside with anything, if you do, you will find a nasty surprised on the other end. You get nasty black coating on your nice tea towels or paper towels. This is very aggravating, and hence why we are looking to replace this set, which is a shame because they work very well despite the outer coating wiping off.

I have had this set about 3 months now and I'm very happy. I've needed a good cookware set for a while and with varying reviews for so many (expensive and affordable) I decided to go with these. I will say, I have babied this set. I followed the instructions for seasoning and follow the instructions for washing. I have not put any in the discharger and wait for them to cool completely before washing. Previous reviews talk about water getting stuck in the lids and that does appear to happen. I towel dry the lids and then let them set on my drying mat and the water does dry out. The bottoms have stained some but I've been careful with heat and not using any non stick sprays and wow, I don't actually need it like the directions say! These pots cook like they're on high with olive oil or butter on only medium heat! It's a great set and I'm just so happy with my purchase.

Bought these 2-3 years ago and 1 year in the biggest frying pan started peeling onrge inside so we could no longer use. About 6 months after that all the rest of the pots and pans were getting pitted and rusting. Mind you all we ever used was silicone untinsels in them so none of this should of happened.

I purchased this set yesterday. After washing all the pieces I realized one pan had scratches, I called Sam's and they allowed me to come in an exchange the one piece. I used them for the first time tonight and when washing after the pan was all scratched up. I used a plastic spoon made for non-stick cookware and it still scratched. I'm very disappointed because this seemed like a nice quality set before using. I will be packing them all back up and returning.

Everything in the set works great except the 2 pots. My wife and I bought 1 set and the teflon on the pots started peeling off. Wd bought another set and a few months later, the new pots did the same. Everything else is great and works fine. We do not use metal cooking utensils.

I loved the pots right out of the box but once I used the lids they have rust and water between the glass and the metal. They also have dark spots around the lid. I need to return but if some of my old lids will fit I may keep. They are good pots and pans they just need to get the lids right

I have always been extremely picky about my cookware, usually paying WAY to much for sets and individual pieces. This is bar far the best set of cookware I have EVER used. I've been using it A LOT since I purchased it 4 months ago. It looks as good and performs as well as it did the day I took the pieces out of the box. There are so many varied pieces of shaped and sizes that I rarely have to find a pan outside of this set. I can cook without any oil if I choose and the food NEVER sticks. Clean-up is a breeze but I follow the guidelines provided and never submerge hot pans in cool water immediately after use and always hand wash them. Isn't say enough good things about this set! BUY, BUY, BUY, you won't regret it!

Bought this on impulse in the store, after confirming that the box did not list the coating as Teflon. Later we looked up the product page online to find out that our is Teflon... That information needs to be on the product packaging... We will be returning.
