I absolutely LOVE these pots and pans. I have dropped 2 of them though and bent them. I need to know how to get replacements for them. I've had them for 6 years so I don't have the receipt or UPC numbers. Any help is appreciated! After 6 years, despite me dropping them, all the pots and pans are in perfect condition and so easy to clean!

I bought this set more than 9 months ago. The set had all pans I wanted in a set, so I bought it. Anodized cookware does scratch if you don't use the correct utensils. Always read the enclosed instructions before use, since I did, no problems.

I purchased this about 3 years ago, the 12 in skillets? Oh my I love the size I can cook large amounts in it, my wife loves haluski so I melt butter, then add small cabbage onions, let it cook down then I add sausage or any kind of meat you desire

I loved the pots right out of the box but once I used the lids they have rust and water between the glass and the metal. They also have dark spots around the lid. I need to return but if some of my old lids will fit I may keep. They are good pots and pans they just need to get the lids right

I ordered these online and have only been used a few times and the inside coating is chipping off. And to make make matters worse, customer service is a big joke. I've called three times, each time they promise an email with return information but I never receive the email. Each time I call they have no record of me ever calling. Sam's has really gone downhill!

My husband and I just purchased this set with such high expectations as we inherited a pot from a set over 10 years ago from my grandma. I did notice that the lids were different but they looked better glass with the option to use as a strained when turned! Unfortunately once I stated washing the lids pots and pans I noticed the water becomes trapped in between the metal rim and glass on ALL the lids. I can not express how disappointed I am. I was so excited about my new purchase. I called customer service and was told that this is a defective set and that I could take them back for a exchange or refund. After looking at the reviews I have decided to get a refund because this problem has been a issue with other customers dating back several years. I hope this problem can be remedied as I would buy in the future with proper functioning lids!

I purchased this set yesterday. After washing all the pieces I realized one pan had scratches, I called Sam's and they allowed me to come in an exchange the one piece. I used them for the first time tonight and when washing after the pan was all scratched up. I used a plastic spoon made for non-stick cookware and it still scratched. I'm very disappointed because this seemed like a nice quality set before using. I will be packing them all back up and returning.

I have had this set about 3 months now and I'm very happy. I've needed a good cookware set for a while and with varying reviews for so many (expensive and affordable) I decided to go with these. I will say, I have babied this set. I followed the instructions for seasoning and follow the instructions for washing. I have not put any in the discharger and wait for them to cool completely before washing. Previous reviews talk about water getting stuck in the lids and that does appear to happen. I towel dry the lids and then let them set on my drying mat and the water does dry out. The bottoms have stained some but I've been careful with heat and not using any non stick sprays and wow, I don't actually need it like the directions say! These pots cook like they're on high with olive oil or butter on only medium heat! It's a great set and I'm just so happy with my purchase.
