Great chair for the price.

Looks are deceiving, and to say Serta made this chair they need to stick with mattresses.  It “looks” pillowy soft and fluffy but it’s not.  You can’t even rock back in this chair, it’s angled to push you forward and theirs no control arm to lean back.  Not happy with this purchase and they delivered it with a missing armrest.  I returned it and got a better chair.

Very Uncomfortable Chair

I am so glad I ordered this chair!  I have a back issue eased with this chair and the price at Sam'and  this chair confirms to my back and allows me to sit for a longer period of time then a normal chair. The installation was a snap;  beautiful looking chair. Price at Sam's club was great! Delighted with purchase!
