I love these sturdy shelves. Just used for packing away Christmas decor and will be packing away winter clothing soon!

I’d purchased the older model where the side slats marry up by sliding one end into the other. This new design is legitimately a cluster.

Terrible shelves … you can’t set the upper level after hours of trying… I wish I was able to take those back to the store!!!!

Sturdy shelf top tier of shelf could of had clearer directions. I had to go to YouTube for guidance.

This is a horrible design for shelves. You better have 3 people with you to hold it up and if you get it up don’t put anything heavy on top cause it will fall.

The whole thing is awful. I spent 2 hours trying to get it together and finally I just decided to take it back. I am a manufacturing engineer, so I can’t believe this design was allowed for production.
