Big mistake for me to buy the 2022 model of this rack… I had had good experiences with the 2010 model of this rack…I had Literally dozens of them… I could put one of them together in about five or six minutes not be so with this 2022 version… It’s poorly built, and every time you get one section put together the other sections fall apart and it collapses… I’ve never seen such a poorly designed rack considering how great the 2010 model was…

I brought this item but it came with parts missing ( 3 short Beam) I contacted sams club and TSY service but no luck. Tsy service who makes and ship this rack told me to pay extra $15 shipping cost. sams club agents were no help . They just said they have to create ticket and Not sure when I can get refund or replacement

You started out selling a name brand on this size and type. Then you switched to your own make. The design and construction size has changed slightly but workable with prior versions. Now, it's gotten cheaper, more flimsy and when you pick up the pieces, they feel more like plastic than even a cheap, thin metal. The only beneficiary is Sam's with lower cost and same selling price. I bought eight shelves. I'm returning all eight and it's off to another source for a better option.

I bought 3 and built 1 by myself so far...a lot of F bombs were dropped. I was expecting the metal to be thicker considering it states it can hold up to 3600 lbs. The main problem is the whole thing doesn't stay locked until you get everything just right. I was just expecting better quality material, better engineering and more sturdy. I'm going to go look at some different shelves at Home Depot in person and if those are more sturdy then I'll be returning all these.

The poor design of the upper and lower portions of the shelf, combined with bottom of the barrel manufacturing quality make these shelves a hard pass. It’s nearly impossible to assemble, and is flimsy if you manage to put it together. These are NOTHING like the 5-shelf model. They will work fine if you do not want the full height, but when stacked they can only be described as unstable. The way the top is secured to the bottom is not nearly substantial enough to make anyone feel good about placing anything heavy or breakable on this shelving unit. Avoid this pile of garbage for the sake of your sanity and your weekend.
