I have been buying these pillows for the last two years. Recently, something has changed. They aren't nearly as firm as they used to be. They are very soft and don't support as much as they used to, as if they reduced the batting inside or something. I wish they would go back to the old formula.

Flat in 3 weeks

I cannot believe how cheap it is for a 2pk! At first I was worried about the quality not being very good, but these are the best pillows I've ever bought. I'm very picky about pillows, and I haven't had a pillow that made me happy in a long time. My husband seems to like them as well, no complaints and he sleeps well.

I bought these pillows back in Oct 2024. However I didnt put them on my bed until January of 25. These pillows do not have very much stuffing and are not form as the the package stated. Prior to purchasing I was squeezing them and they felt pretty firm while in the plastic sleeve. My advice is to remove them from the plastic sleeve before you and squeeze them & check them out before you purchase them For some reason, my scan and go reciepts dont show up in my purchase history. Which is just wrong. Sams club needs to do better with that purchase history. It shouldnt matter if it is a pick up order or a scan and go order in the store purchase. Bottom line I do not reccomend these pillows unless you prefer flimsy.

Stay flat after few uses

We absolutely loved these pillows until it came time to clean them. We followed the care instructions to a T and when we went to remove them from the washer they were ripped open and stuffing was everywhere. We are really disappointed because they were really comfy to sleep on.

Hotel premium pillows

The wife and I also had been buying the Members Mark pillows for years. Lately we have noticed they have less filling from times past. So the other feedbacks about this issue are spot on. There is so much less fill that it is almost like the pillow comes in feeling how our pillows feel after we have used them for a year. Flat!!

Seam had raveled several inches, like others. The pillow stuffing is the most comfortable I have had in years. The seams should be hemmed before sewing together or new fabric used for covers. So disappointed. I had to sew the seams by hand and that was very difficulty with the stuffing in the way. I did it because I loved the comfort from the stuffing. Had bought the loose stuffing in the past and at a high price and those were uncomfortable so I chose these. Hope they get redesigned with new strong fabric and seams.

I bought these pillows a while ago and just put them on my bed 2 weeks ago. They are the worse pillows ever, my husband and I both have severe neck pain and headaches since they were placed on the bed. They have no give, they feel soft when you touch them but they do not work when you sleep in them. I have never had such pain in my neck and shoulders ever
