Not too hard and not too soft but just right. I had bought the very expensive ones because I was “told” that we should all be sleeping with the support they offer. They were way too hard for me and my spouse. So glad I went back to these that we’ve enjoyed for 15 plus years.

I bought these to replace the stack of pillows that have lost their loftiness. The reviews and guarantee made me give these a try. They are nice looking pillows, bouncing back into shape whenever they're not in use. They are nothing like pillows I've slept on in hotels. The issue I have is the thickness when in use. The pillows compress a lot and you're left with maybe 20% of the pillow thickness supporting your head. Whatever the % may be, it's not enough to comfortably support my head. My pillow made of chunks of memory foam is much more comfortable and was close to the same price.

Bought them two weeks ago. Not my first set of pillows and have been spending all kinds of money lately on various brands trying to find just one pillow that doesn't flatten out within a couple of weeks. Frustrating. With these, the price was great and low enough to give them a shot. Started out great and most of the pillow still maintains some loft...except right where you need it. In other words, right in the middle along the edge where you'd lay your shoulder/head/neck into...starting to loosen up and depress...which means not long til flat in the middle. I keep flipping the pillow but it's happening on both sides. Decent as a pillow placed under another, softer pillow maybe. But, if you're looking for long-lasting support or use as a primary pillow, get something else.

Bought these pillows before and really liked them so bought the same pillow again, their not too soft and not firm, just right for my husband and I, when I lay my head down at night I don't think about waking up with a stiff or sore neck because of my bed pillow. These are really great pillows for the price, another great Member's Mark Product!

I bought two sets: one for my son and one for myself: mine to fill the shams that came with a comforter set, and as a gift for my son who always buys, destroys, and throws away cheap pillows. The gussets and mid-firmness is perfect for the shams and they prop up on the bed without collapsing/flattening, and with the zippered pillow protectors I bought elsewhere, these should last my son for awhile.

When it comes to my sleeping areangements, I can be particular. I am a stickler for replacing pillows every 2-3 months. And some don't last that long. These are wonderful for the price. Before I purchased the Avocado pillow, these were my go to. You can't compare these to my avacado pillow which is all organic, non toxic, lors of green labels and costs over a $100 each and actually lasts over a ywar. Very diff category but they are def higher quality than the $30/each pillow range. Seeing these are a 2 pk, I buy the kings, I'm paying less than $10/piece for king size pillows. We still use these for my in between leg pillows. Lol You can't beat the price. And in regards to chemicals, I haven't seen any labels BUT we are chemical sensitive. These do not bother us. We also have lots of allergies and again, these are great. Very mild smell that came out in 1 wash so I'm figuring hypoallergenic. And while not organic or all the green labels like my avacado pillow, it's def lower tox.

I have been using the pillows for 1 month. So far the shape/fullness have remained the same. Pillows have some weight to them, they are not feather light. The king pillow cases I have just fit, which I consider a plus. Comfortable for back or side sleepers.

Pros - very well made and thick. Cons - after the first night, I woke up with a sore neck because it is too thick for my needs. I used them as a back prop when sitting up in bed. It looks good on the made up bed when placed behind the decor pillows, which is why I decided to keep them.

I buy the queen size pillows all the time and love them. They are the perfect firmness and cuddle your head when you sleep, either on your back or side. Bought a King Size bedspread that came with king pillowcases, so I bought king pillows this time. Because the pillows are long, if you lay your head in the middle, the sides come up, bending the pillow like a banana. If you are a stomach sleeper or put your arm under the pillow, this is the pillow for you!!! The pillows are very good quality. Not too soft, nor hard. I tried washing them before, it is better to just buy new ones. If throwing them out bothers you, you can always ‘recycle’ the fluff by using it to restuff the dog toys when Fido pulls the stuffing out.

These pillows have Provided the best value for dollar in comparison to other brands over the past 15 years. About five years ago, Right near the time of the pandemic, there was an obvious change in materials, quality, and attention to detail when producing these pillows. It’s slightly disappointing, but with the way things are in the world nowadays, it is out of our control. Regardless, these pillows still have been the best in comfort and pricing compared to other brands. My wife and I usually replace the pillows for our primary bedroom every 6 to 12 months, so for $20 a pack, if they last us six months or a whole year, we always get our money out of them.
