I am very picky with my pillows as I have some problems on my neck area. If I use a bad pillow I can have pain for 2 days or more. This pillow is amazing, it adjust to your needs, not to high not too flat. Super soft but still giving you support. I loved it. I went back and bought two other ones. Great deal too! High quality.

I bought these Hotel Premier collection pillows at Sam's Club by chance 10 years ago I couldn't find them again until recently when I needed them most and I found them once again at Sam's Club are the best pillows I've used ever by far I can't say enough of how much better I've been sleeping since getting them. I highly recommend to everyone, they give great support and are great quality..

Never really liked specialty type pillows. Luv these albeit not what I'd call specialty pillow these are just all around comfortable well made pillows. They don't heat me up, material is soft and durable. Pillows are definitely a huge personal preference but I luv these. Actually use both (2) to sleep with,

These were for my extra pillows to rest on when sitting up. They are slightly more firm than I want when I have another pillow on top to prop my head up to watch tv when laying down but by itself they are not thick enough to give back support and need a firmer pillow behind these for sitting up. Overall okay for the price but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t use it to sleep on every night. But I use Essentia pillows so hard to beat their quality and comfort.

Not as expected, flattens with use, have other down alternatives that are soft but moldable and supportive. These have no support whatsoever. The outer case material appears strong. That’s the only positive thing I can say. Had to wash twice as one appeared used and returned to store. Pillows should not be resold.

I own & operate a Short Term Rental Property listed on 3 platforms. I recently upgraded my unit adding sleeping options & needed king sized pillows. I'm frugal, but have to provide excellent quality products for my guests. I research a lot before purchasing anything & these pillows were the best choice for my budget & quality requirement. I gave it 4 stars because all of my current pillows are bamboo & have a washable, zippered pillow protector that is removed after each guest use for easy cleaning. I had to purchase separate pillow protectors which caused the purchase to not be as frugal as I wanted. As my pillows need to be replaced, I will purchase these pillows in standard sizes & simply use my current washable, zippered bamboo covers. Thank you for providing quality products at an affordable price all business owners can enjoy.

My pillow arrived with threads pulled out and the bag it came in ripped. This also made the pillow get dirty. I had to spot clean it immediately,... but can’t do anything about the threads. It’s also very high up. If you don’t like that,.... you won’t like this pillow. I avoid going into stores due to COVID, so I am stuck with a crappy pillow for now. They aren’t cheap,...

I bought them around the first of the month and used them the very same night they came. They are the best pillows I had in years. I slept like a baby. I just hope they don’t get flat too quickly.I like a lot of pillows on my bed so I bought four of them and so far I am enjoying them.

Husband needs new pillows all the time. They always go flat or lumpy. I use goose down pillows which lasted me over ten years and still going. He doesn’t like my type of pillows. Says give him allergies and not enough support for his shoulders. These were a good deal compared to the “C” warehouse store. We have bought many from that warehouse store and they never last! These have a 500 count cotton cover, with embroidery pillow name on them and has worked for him so far. They have good support. Don’t know how long they will last. Have used them only for a few weeks. I even tried one out, but too high for me. Would make my neck ache. Good pillows for people that need more height in their pillows. Delivery came fast too. I waited at least a month before posting a review for these pillows. They were so cheap I was skeptical their “fluff” would hold up. I hate spending money on pillows because they almost never hold up. So far, these have. After my husband staying in bed, sick for 3 days, sleeping on them, and sitting up with these pillows, they have maintained their “fluffiness”. I am pleasantly pleased. In fact, I just ordered two more.
