I got these same pillows a couple years ago, and they were super fluffy, which I loved and expected to get again. However, these are much firmer and less able to change their shape than the ones I got previously.

I used to buy these pillows religiously. The last time around they were different. The new version of these pillows are horrible. These are now useless. I threw them away within a week. Sam’s Club, let me know if you plan on going back to the old pillows. Until then, I will be looking elsewhere for my pillows.

Well, you ruined the pillows they used to be high-quality and super firm and thick and now they’re floppy they don’t hold your decorative pillows and they’re not the same pillow. You’ve used less material less feeling less batting on the inside it’s cheap compared to the old version and you thought we wouldn’t notice and we can definitely tell the difference.

It is sad. I have bought these pillows for years. The last time was 2 years ago. I bought a set 2 weeks ago. These pillows have less filling. You can bend it in two and the material is touching the filling used is choppy and they don’t hold their shape. My older ones are in better shape than the new ones. The quality has gone totally downhill. I am gravely disappointed.

I bought these pillows many times but they have recently changed the pillow. They are flat in a couple nights. Old pillow I liked the new version isn’t even close. Really disappointed with change.

I have purchased these many times over the years but this last time they have changed the stuffing so poor they have zero support. I would not recommend at all even for the great price.

They have changed the way they make these pillows and not in a good way. I have been buying these for several years and this last pair I bought its like they forgot to put all of the stuffing in them. They used to be nice and full and firm. Now they are super soft but under filled. I felt like I was sleeping without a pillow.

I use to love these pillows but the last package I bought weren’t the same, flimsy and not filled, I got to looking and they changed the filling to polyester, they’re horrible ! Only used 1 other will stay in bag, Sam’s Club I’m not a happy customer stop being cheap.

I have been purchasing these pillows for a long time and these used to be my go to pillow until recently. Purchased a new set at an out-of-state Sam’s Club back in September and the set felt as if there was less filling. I thought maybe it was just a different pillow. Recently purchased replacement pillows at my local Sams and they were the same-significantly lower fill. Please bring back the old recipe for this pillow and just charge a little more! We all know these can’t stay $19.99 for king sized pillows forever!!

I have bought these pillows for years. Usually after about a year I replaced them. Not now. They have made a change to them somehow. They are not the pillows they used to be. I bought some (always king size) and I could tell a difference right out of the package. They are not firm at all and after sleeping in them for a few nights I had to put them on my guest bed. I am going to try one more time and see if I just got a bad batch but seems like a lot of folks are experiencing the same as me. If they are not better this time I’m done!
