They have changed the way they make these pillows and not in a good way. I have been buying these for several years and this last pair I bought its like they forgot to put all of the stuffing in them. They used to be nice and full and firm. Now they are super soft but under filled. I felt like I was sleeping without a pillow.

Well, you ruined the pillows they used to be high-quality and super firm and thick and now they're floppy they don't hold your decorative pillows and they're not the same pillow. You've used less material less feeling less batting on the inside it's cheap compared to the old version and you thought we wouldn't notice and we can definitely tell the difference.

These used to be great pillows. I would order about once a year and they stayed firm pretty much the whole time. I must have got a bad batch this time. They didn't last a month before they were flat as a pancake. Gonna order again. If they go flat again this fast, I will be returning them.

Not worth it even at this price due to how quickly the pillows deflate. I have only had them a few months and there is a very obvious difference between the front and back pillows (I bought 4 total) and the front one my head actually rests on is pretty much trash now it's so flattened. Genuinely not even worth the $13 price tag, you'll just be buying new ones in 2 months.

I purchased King size in these pillows. After 3 months of use, they are still as full and soft as the first day. They are soft and full. They have maintained their shape even after using them to prop up on sitting upright in bed. They are very comfortable pillows. I like to have a variety of pillows for different uses. I am a side sleeper and they serve that purpose well. I have also used these pillows post knee surgery for laying my leg on. They are of perfect softness for that. They have maintained their shape and softness afterwards for sleeping. They are my first go-to pillow. From past experience with pillows, king size traditional pillows would lose shape after such variable uses, these have not.

We have used these for years in our short term rental; however our last purchase was disappointing. Quality has declined. The fill did not hold its shape and was lumpy after just one rental (never had a problem before) and they removed the embroidery stitching. The shipping took a long time as well.

I have purchased Sam's pillows for over 10 years now and the most recent purchase is not good. I purchased 4 new pillows and they have changed their product. The pillows are now too soft. All the people complaining they were too firm, well go buy the new versions bc they are now too soft. I threw all 4 away and will no longer purchase my pillows from Sam's! Sucks bc this was the last place for decent firm pillows at a great price and I would know bc I have 18 of them throughout my home.

I used to buy these pillows religiously. The last time around they were different. The new version of these pillows are horrible. These are now useless. I threw them away within a week. Sam's Club, let me know if you plan on going back to the old pillows. Until then, I will be looking elsewhere for my pillows.

Goes flat after about one months use.
