Great so far apart from 2 minor issues.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and so far have been very impressed. It feels like it has a larger capacity than the equivalent LG we had before with more shelves in the door. One design flaw is that the water dispenser is at the front of the opening for ice and not at the back, thus unless you have a very wide cup you have to press the back plate with your hand and hold the cup closer to you, to prevent spillage. I am gobsmacked that they didn’t fix this during testing! I can’t talk to the reliability yet. I do have my concerns having read some reviews. The one other issue is the blue thin plastic water line that you connect to in the rear is very easily kinked which will prevent the ice and water dispenser working. I held in place with tape to prevent it. Also it doesn’t look the most durable. This is likely the cause of water leak issues I’ve seen reported.
Awful Purchase
Purchased this refrigerator March 19, 2024. Big mistake of my life. Buyers Beware August 1st my refrigerator broke down. Warranty is not helpful. I'm still fighting with Samsung. Look on you tube and everyone on the site states how bad the refrigerators are. Ice makers always break!

Great service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in May and the ice maker stopped making ice by June. I called the Samsung support line and they sent a technician to fix the problem in a timely manner. I now have the ice maker working.
Can/t build a refrigerator
It did very well for 3 years and it stopped working, took the 3 weeks to fix it with a whole lot of I'm sorry.. I'm sorry does not replace hundreds of dollars in lost food and weeks of ice. .You try to buy something nice and the company that built it doesn't even care about the customer...

Stay Away from Black Stainless
Purchased this refrigerator in black stainless and while generally the finish looks great, it's not stainless steel but some sort of plastic cover. This cover is easily scratched, especially by the crisper drawers which bump the outer side of the right refrigerator door when the door is open. Also, the ice maker is very slow to produce ice. We're a two-person household so usually it's enough but we always have to buy a bag of ice if we're going to entertain. I've been unable to find touch up paint to match the black stainless and Samsung support has been unhelpful. I would purchase Samsung appliances again but not in the black stainless finish.

Died in less than two years
I purchased less than two years ago and the mother board and compressor died. The ice machine does not hold much ice. There is no light on the water/ice dispenser. I do like the flat front door and the interior door shelves as well as the freezer shelves.

Perfect second fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is spacious and well lit. I love the crushed ice feature. Took 1 star off because the ice dispenser is cracked upon delivery but Samsung REFUSED to fix/replace the part (“it’s only cosmetic”).
Issues after less than a year
we got this fridge installed in october of 2021 and now the ice maker has not been working for about two weeks. i have tried replacing the water filter and everything. it produces ice but then the entire ice bucket thaws out and freezes over as one giant piece of ice. then water leaks out where the ice is supposed to come out. i have taken the entire ice bucket out every day for two weeks and completely cleaned it out and got rid of the giant ice block and the next day the same issue arises again.

Disappointed with durability
fridge is marketed "stainless steel" but that must be the color, not material of the doors which have some ultra-soft coating that scratches/dents super easy. our kids have toys with plastic on outside & a magnet inside. simply placing these on fridge was enough to leave scratches all over with no way to remove. how does plastic scratch steel? and my wife barely bumped fridge while setting a plate on top and it immediately left a permanent dent super visible due to the shiny surface. fridge isn't made to withstand normal life use. also they shrinkwrapped plastic around all the parts before assembling them - we spent hours trying to peel off tiny bits of plastic wrap from every crevice. within weeks the ice maker failed which techs had to come out and fix. very disappointed with this.

Elegant and spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a side by side refrigerator in ages and i was very skeptical to switch from a four door to a two door. Interestingly, i was pleasantly surprised. The interior has super smooth glass shelves that allow them to be fully utilized for stacking items. The door shelves are very sturdy and allow for a great assortment of items to be stored there. Large bottles of juice and even smaller condiments fit nicely. The freezer section was where i was most pleased, the shelving is very strong and sturdy. I was able to pack in all my meats and frozen vegetables each in their own section. Spacing is wonderful. The exterior of the fridge has a beautiful smooth finish. It is easy to clean and most importantly keep clean! The handle to open the doors is the best part! There are no handles. There are cutouts in the frame of the door which allow your hand to easily open and close them. I would highly recommend this refrigerator for its design, spacing, finish and well thought out capacity. I am actually a little sad at not getting it sooner. One more interesting point is it seals in the temperature of the inside and does not allow for temperature decrease which keeps items fresh for longer.
