I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this right before Thanksgiving since my old refrigerator was not working properly. It was delivered just in time! I didn’t think I could get used to a side by side refrigerator, but it is incredibly spacious & I absolutely love it!

Really nice and quite. Work well in hot garage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works better then my three draws LG in my kitchen. Very quite even at night. Hold refrigerator temperature consistent. So for love it. I think Samsung is very good . I know it’s two door design. Nit favorites fir most people. But fir the price it’s great!!

Changing Filter is Not EASY!

Changing the filter in this refrigerator is a nightmare. You have to pull it out from the wall to turn the water off at the source. Pulling it out straight will work if two people are pulling. Pushing it sideways to get behind the refrigerator is difficult. The rollers don't work well unless they are coming out straight from the wall. Do not attempt to pull the filter out without turning the water off, water will gush out everywhere. (It is not like my GE refrigerator was to change the filter). The freezer section is very narrow and a pizza box will not fit. I would not have bought this refrigerator if I had known the filter was so difficult to change.

Perfect fit

I love the side by side and have plenty of room to store fresh and frozen foods and easy to see everything I have. It keeps my food so fresh and is easily programmable.

Great look decent features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using from few months. Pro's: cooling is superfast, looks great in the kitchen, does it all it supposed to at an temperature set. Have just enough space inside. Cooling is superfast. Minor Con's: Ice cubes water dispenser function works but drips after dispensed, needs a soaking pad under the dispenser. Some controls doesn't have enough directions but takes time to understand. Hard to open the doors sometimes Overall good for daily.

Worst ice maker ever

this refrigerator makes on tiny ice tray at a time, like an old fashioned ice tray. then that one tray, dumps upside down and that's all you get. if one tray is enough for your family, that might be okay for you, but its a joke in my house. very strange and disappointing!

Disappointing quality. Another unhappy owner

We have had this refrigerator-freezer for a year and a half and the freezer is quitting on us. Like others here, we have many other Samsung electronics and rave about them. We expected similar quality from their appliances and this item is a dud. Right now the freezer only maintains 20deg (F) - frige is OK for now, so, we are moving everything to another freezer (older, different brand - works great). I have other refrigeration and freezing appliances that are 20 and 30-years old that never gave us a problem. Given current technologies, why can't Samsung build and sell something with similar quality?

Fantastic fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! What a marvelous new appliance. This thing is huge and so spacious inside. I can buy a month's worth of food to put in here. We are so happy to have a beautiful new appliance that combines beauty with outstanding performance. Included with all the storage space, is all the many shelves and compartments Samsung included to allow separation of items. Now our food can be sorted and stored more efficiently and properly. The stainless steel and finger print resistance is such a great option. And don't let me forget the water and ice dispenser. These two features we did not have before and its so convenient to have ice and water so convenient. Thank you Samsung. We highly recommend.

Great refrigerator and ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace one that was 31 years old. The main function that we wanted was an ice maker and cold-water dispenser. The old refrigerator's ice maker hadn't worked in years. This refrigerator's ice maker works great and makes life much easier. My only complaint is that it occasionally drips water at the cold-water dispenser after we replaced the water filter which is why i only gave it 4 stars.

WORST ICE MAKER EVER

the refrigerator itself is great but the ice maker sucks - if more than one person gets a class of ice and it make the amount low - it takes 3 days before you have ice agian - it is horrible - i live in florida and ice is a necessity here - and this ice maker sucks - i would never buy this refrigerator again nor would i recommend this product to any one................i have been buying samsung products for years and this is the worst experience i have ever had
