Kids love it

So I place an order online only for sams to cancel it. Placed another order while i waitied for my refund. Long story short. I never received my items. It was supposed to be delivered on the 9 of December. I was told to wait for some to contact me regarding refund. No one ever did. Keep in mind this was my kids I'm as presents. Turn around Dec. 24. 2022 never got contacted by anyone. We went and purchased another one inside the club. It came with missing parts! I contacted them to have the missing parts shipped and they can't even do that.

I bought this to go with the fruit market that my son loves so much. I assumed the construction would be similar, I was very wrong. I supposed the hours of enjoyment my son is having with this kitchen is making up for the several hours of intense frustration I had building it. So far it's holding up well. He LOVES the ice machine. It's cute. Here are a few heads up tips when building....have a glass of wine handy, have a friend there for emotional support and physical help while building. Sort the million pieces of “wood” into piles by tens. Example: 1-10, 10-20, 20-30 etc. The toaster needs some cut styrofoam (from the packaging) under the lever to help avoid the toast falling inside and keeping it level/flat. The door under the sink is a problem. It catches horribly. I slightly loosened the 2 bottom screws on the hinge with helped, it still touches the same spot it was catching but nothing like before. It's hardly noticeable now. A rubber jar opener helped when screwing the cute plastic hook on the backsplash...also the friend came in handy for that to give my hands a break. She struggled too. I have put together many toys, furniture etc and never in my life have I come across the absolute WORST instructions!!! I “assumed” many steps only having to undo what I assumed was correct to do the opposite. The digital instructions in the app they offer are just as bad only more annoying. I'm now never again wanting to purchase a “wood” toy that needs to be assembled (oh and the box weighted a ton...that was fun wrapping for Christmas morning). Save yourself the headache and buy Step2.

We were 3 hours into getting this kitchen built, only to get realize that the dishwasher door won't open, but everything was lined up perfectly, we looked at ways to correct the issue, but it seems to be too big of an issue keep the kitchen, it's a super cute kitchen, but unfortunately we disassembled ours and will be taking back to Sams club, we bought a Step 2 kitchen, assembled it in under an hour, no issues. Over all, I can not recommend due to assembly issues with the dishwasher door.

This was purchased a year ago for my granddaughter's birthday. The Pro's - it is really cute. The sounds make it fun to play with. She does play with it daily still. The Con's - it takes forever to put together. Not very durable. One of the cabinet doors broke fairly quickly just from playing with it. Overall - it is a fun, cute toy. Probably not the most durable unit you can purchase. Also, be prepared to have hours to put together.

Do not waste your money or time (setting it up) VERY BAD QUALITY. In the description says the microwave lights up... IT DOESN'T... I gave 1 star because there's no option to give 0 star or thumbs down. The wood was all cracked up. It takes to much time to assembly because it has like 2 thousand parts, I decided to keep it because it was half way assembled and my poor daughter fell in love with it (she didn't realize all the defects) DON'T BUY IT !!!!! I hope they take it off the market.

I got this in-club for my 2.5 year old son for Christmas this year. Christmas is 2 weeks away, and based on the reviews, I knew I needed to set aside a few hours to get this built ahead of time. I've built tons of furniture over the years, and this was pretty average in terms of instruction. There are several steps that don't list all the pieces you need, but if you look at the diagram, it shows 2-3 additional parts you're installing at the same time - you'll have to pay close attention to that. I took 30 min before starting to make sure I had every piece and to inspect that everything was in good shape. After that, it took me about 3 hours to assemble over the course of an evening being interrupted several times by kiddos and then coming back later. Despite being particle board, this kitchen is HEAVY and I think very well constructed. All the doors and shelves lined up perfectly (though I also made sure to get all the screws as tight as humanly possible). The biggest con is that the screws are blunt tipped, so getting them tightened took as much strength as I could manage without stripping. Make sure to use an appropriate sized bit in your screwdriver - no drill!! I am so excited for our son to play with this! I highly recommend it, and especially if you can get it on sale, too. I paid full price $120 in October 2022, but I would say it's still definitely worth that price. I purchased Sam's Velcro food set and the mini appliances to go along with it.

I was so excited about this purchase and my husband put it together for Christmas morning last year and the door broke while putting it together. It took forever and was very flimsy. It was ruined by day two. I would invest in a nicer quality kitchen. Won't make the same mistake this year.

My husband has been at it (assembly) for 5 hours now. Here are some tips: -Take your time - be very Patient - DO NOT screw the screws in tight (I think that is where broken doors come from) - must be able to read diagrams - lay all pieces in order in the floor before you begin - Have a drink handy! Enjoy It is a very Nice kitchen. Teach your kids to take care of things. This should last forever

1st of all it came damaged when we received it . Then they told us to send another one and return this one which we did . 2nd time also we received few parts chapped off also minor breakage all over pieces. When you put to gather it gets more brakages . Less than 3 weeks and door is coming off more wooden has chapped. 100$ spent on waste .
