Do not waste your money or time (setting it up) VERY BAD QUALITY. In the description says the microwave lights up... IT DOESN'T... I gave 1 star because there's no option to give 0 star or thumbs down. The wood was all cracked up. It takes to much time to assembly because it has like 2 thousand parts, I decided to keep it because it was half way assembled and my poor daughter fell in love with it (she didn't realize all the defects) DON'T BUY IT !!!!! I hope they take it off the market.

I knew this was going to take a while to put together so I dedicated my night to doing so. Some of the screws did not fit. They would not line up properly and began to crack the sides. The door below the fridge also began to crack during assembly. Super disappointed because the finished product on the store looked amazing! I was excited to give it to my grandson for Christmas. Now I have to gather all the many many pieces and return it to the store

I got this in-club for my 2.5 year old son for Christmas this year. Christmas is 2 weeks away, and based on the reviews, I knew I needed to set aside a few hours to get this built ahead of time. I've built tons of furniture over the years, and this was pretty average in terms of instruction. There are several steps that don't list all the pieces you need, but if you look at the diagram, it shows 2-3 additional parts you're installing at the same time - you'll have to pay close attention to that. I took 30 min before starting to make sure I had every piece and to inspect that everything was in good shape. After that, it took me about 3 hours to assemble over the course of an evening being interrupted several times by kiddos and then coming back later. Despite being particle board, this kitchen is HEAVY and I think very well constructed. All the doors and shelves lined up perfectly (though I also made sure to get all the screws as tight as humanly possible). The biggest con is that the screws are blunt tipped, so getting them tightened took as much strength as I could manage without stripping. Make sure to use an appropriate sized bit in your screwdriver - no drill!! I am so excited for our son to play with this! I highly recommend it, and especially if you can get it on sale, too. I paid full price $120 in October 2022, but I would say it's still definitely worth that price. I purchased Sam's Velcro food set and the mini appliances to go along with it.

Very poor quality. Two doors broke off after less than 5 minutes of use by our 2 year old. Extremely cheap quality, especially the doors. Also, the “toaster” is a constant headache as toys easily fall in and get stuck with no good way to remove. Not recommended for toddlers, or anything other than a decoration…

8hrs later of the on again off again frustration between me and my husband trying to assemble this makes this kitchen definitely NOT worth it. Luckily it was a present for my daughter for Christmas but even my best friend who bought it told me to just throw it away or try to return it. As I write this my husband is trying to put the door back onto the one piece cause the screws just pulled right out. There wasn't enough screws and pieces for the door latches so they are just hanging wide open.. If my daughter wasn't for excited for this dang thing it would be in the fire pit and I would be roasting marshmallows over it. If you buy it on sale just buy 2 for extra pieces cause you'll probably need them. That's it for my review I'm now going to pour a glass of wine and try to forget about this whole experience.

Blind monkeys can build a better product. Holes don't line up, shelves are crooked, handles are crooked, the “wood” is hardboard. Not real wood any more than paper. Would never get this again if it was free. Had to do some engineering just to finish putting it together.

This was a gift I wish we never would of received. Let me start off by saying that there are over 200+ pieces and it took me and one other person 4.5 hours to put it together, just for it to fall apart. The doors have broken off completely on the oven or dishwasher whatever it is. It's just a piece of junk . Go with the cheaper plastic ones.

Bought for my 19 month old grandson for Christmas. Door broke off the first time he played with it. I contacted Sams and they told me they can't help with a replacement part. I'm very disappointed. From the reviews I've read of the same thing happening to so many other people they need to change the design and add hinges to the cabinet under the sink.

This was purchased a year ago for my granddaughter's birthday. The Pro's - it is really cute. The sounds make it fun to play with. She does play with it daily still. The Con's - it takes forever to put together. Not very durable. One of the cabinet doors broke fairly quickly just from playing with it. Overall - it is a fun, cute toy. Probably not the most durable unit you can purchase. Also, be prepared to have hours to put together.

The door under the sink broke off after less than a day. There was a major design flaw with the door that made it very difficult to open as it would get caught on the piece of wood in the corner. My 5 year old was attempting to open the door and it broke right off. The oven door has come off twice because it is not very securely placed. The fridge door latch does not align correctly so the bottom fridge door does not stay shut. I wish I had spent the extra $100 to get the kidkraft corner kitchen because this one probably will not last more than a couple of months.
