Waste of Money

Such a waste of money and almost ruined a camping trip. Used it for a two night camping trip and had to add air to it each night before going to bed, but it stayed inflated so that was ok. Next weekend for a four night camping trip and halfway into the first night, we wake up on the floor. We trouble shooted for the entire day trying to figure out why it was losing air and couldn't find anything. Added air to it about 6 times, was forced to find a store and buy a different mattress to get through the camping trip. Threw this thing in the dumpster at the campground.

Only last one year, now have to buy again.😭

Only last one year, now have to buy again.😭 Purchased last year 8/17/22. Last 10 days have to putting more air every 2 to 4 hours and, Depending if I have to get up and down again or not. This is my second time purchase did not last that long either. But compared to my 1st purchased, did last little longer than the first time, by extra 3 months. Just only wish last 4-6 months longer. I guess they say two or three year guarantee I guess that's not true.

Very Frustrated

This is my second purchase, I had to return the first air bed because after 1 week it no longer held air. Now the second air bed after 4 days started to loose air also. I have to refill it about every 4 hours, which is frustrating. I do not recommend this air bed.

Poorly made product and customer service

I first bought this bed in April and after 2 weeks, the air mattress pump stopped working. I took it back to Sam's Club and they exchanged it. The pump on the new mattress stopped working 2 months later. This time I called the manufacturer. They agreed to replace the mattress. It took a while because they didn't tell me along with a copy of the receipt, which sent via email, I needed to send them the defective pump along with cut out parts of the mattress. After they received the pump and the mattress, I was approved they shipped a new air mattress. BUT, they shipped the wrong mattress to me. Now I have to cut up the new unopened mattress and send pictures and then they will send me the correct mattress, hopefully. I asked if they wanted the other one back. Customer service guy said it would cost ME too much money to send back. Uh no, you made the mistake. I'm not paying to send this back. Their solution is to cut it up, email pictures and they will send me a new one. Wow! On another note, I purchased another air mattress from Sam's Club. After a week, this one had a slow leak. I'd go to bed with a mattress full of air and wake up almost on the floor. I took that back and got a replacement. After a week of use, the pump started humming like it was about to die while inflating and deflating the mattress. Now I on my 5th mattress, not including the replacement I will be getting. Why do I continue to get them? I am on a budget right now and I need something that's going to last for a little while until I can do better. When I purchased the mattress, I also got the extended warranty. So I have 3 years of coverage.

Waste of money

Purched this mattress and aired it up, waited a while and replenished the lost air. Tried very hard to believe that it was just stretching yet while sleeping on the mattress i would wake up almost every hour and reinflate the flat mattress. After numerous nights of doing this I inflated the mattress and sprayed it with soap and water and wouldn't you know it the piece of crap was leaking from nearly every seam on top of the mattress. This is poor craftsmanship and absolutely pathetic that this company would try to pass this off as the mattress stretching.

Toxic Storm

FYI for anyone, like me, looking for the least toxic smelling air mattress you can find...this is not it! I didn't even take it out of the box. I have had to buy 7 beds the last few weeks and most smelled like a tire factory. Made me sick within minutes. Some you can air outside for 24 hrs and they are tolerable. This brand was the worst. The best so far has been Nautica Home brand. But they have quite an issue with holes and losing air.

Deflated on Third Night

Purchased this Airbed in December 2021 for when we visit family during Christmas. It was great the first two nights. The third night it deflated, the fourth and fifth night it deflated. When we arrived home I took it back to Sam's Club to exchange it. The second one we did not use right away. It didn't get used until Summer 2022, and the same thing happened again, deflated on the third night. I really wish this airbed would hold air, the first couple nights it was comfortable.

Holding air, but not sheets

I purchased this as an upgrade to an old queen sized Aero Bed we had sitting around. We liked that it had the headboard feature and the built in pump; however, we cannot get any queen sized fitted sheet to fit on this thing. We have 2 sets of queen sheets leftover from my daughter's bed that she took with her to college. They fit her queen bed and the queen Aero bed we had just fine. When I try to put the fitted sheet on this bed, they will not fit. The bed is too big. When putting on the last corner, the other corners pop off. I hate complaining that a bed is too big, but it looks sloppy since I can't make it up properly. I ended up having to use a king sized flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet because we couldn't get one to fit. I really wish I had kept the box so I could return this and/or that I didn't already donate the Aero Bed to Salvation Army.
