Mattress has been blown up for over a year constantly, the only reason why I would let the air out is to patch it. You will be patching the mattress out of nothing 100%, so bewar. Holes are automatically created along these ribs (see images attached) 3 Stars for me, as after 1 year, I guess mattress is going dry and when you lay on it, it streches and creates hole/s along the rib/s.

We have had this airbed for 2 years. We’ve used it maybe 10 times total without any problems and we loved it—now it looses air whenever we use it. We have never abused it and have followed all instructions for care and storage. We also had an Intex twin 16.5 inch internal pump air mattress that only lasted about a year and 8-10 uses before it started loosing too much air to be useful. Previously we have owned traditional (not 16-18 inch) airbeds that require an external pump that we have used for 20+ years that are still functional—I will never buy another Intex or internal pump air mattress again!! Pumps still work great, but are useless. What a horrible waste of $$ that is only good for filling the landfill after a year or two!!! Don’t waste your $$

Such a waste of money and almost ruined a camping trip. Used it for a two night camping trip and had to add air to it each night before going to bed, but it stayed inflated so that was ok. Next weekend for a four night camping trip and halfway into the first night, we wake up on the floor. We trouble shooted for the entire day trying to figure out why it was losing air and couldn't find anything. Added air to it about 6 times, was forced to find a store and buy a different mattress to get through the camping trip. Threw this thing in the dumpster at the campground.

This was a fabulous mattress when we got it, then a year and a half and a few uses in, it started leaking out of the pump area. Frustrating to have to throw this hole thing in the trash after just 1 year. I guess I had higher expectations. I called the call center but they were of little to no help. Someone did pick up the phone though. so that started encouraging.

The bed I currently sleep on i not conducive to a good nights sleep and I'll be moving soon and want to get rid of it. So, when I saw this Intex queen with a headboard I was surprised and delighted and order one. I've used Intex products before and they're a good product. The rating is low because I won't be using it before I move, but I'm sure it will do for my purpose. I also like the fact that it has a built in headboard which was one of the main reasons I ordered it.

This air mattress is terrible. Do not waste your money. The mattress felt like it was trying to roll me over. No matter how I laid on it, I felt like it made me feel unbalanced and couldn't help but roll to one side or the other. Once I rolled to that side, it made me feel like I needed to roll more, never feeling rested. I would have been better sleeping on a carpeted floor. My friend also bought the same mattress and had the same feeling.

Great item at a great price. Very sturdy. Like how it has a headboard.
