putting it together was a nightmare. Plus a spring was missing. However, I contacted the company and I had a new spring within the week. Really happy about that. Without a doubt you need more then one person to put this together. Nice once put together and the kids can play on it. The basketball just adds a little extra fun. Seems sturdy.

I bought this trampoline as an Easter gifts for my kids. The trampoline was missing a part. It is sitting in my yard 85% built and my kids are going nuts.. the company is sending the part, they seemed easy to work with. I'll update this review once I get the part.

Only received 1 box of 2 So i called them immediately and they sent out a replacement fedex is suppose to come back tomorrow to pick up the one they just left I wasnt this for my kids for Christmas but at this point i dont even think its even going to arrive in time

We put this trampoline together yesterday and we had to go to Ace Hardware for different bolts for the legs, the blue form covering the poles has rips, the instructions are clear so that part was good. The washers are too small for the holes they line up to. The bolts are cheaply made and the threads get smashed when installing into the metal bars, which is just into a hole there isn't anything inside the metal tubing for the bolt to thread into, just air and hope. The elastic straps on the blue pad covering the springs fray when you tie them. The springs aren't tight enough for an adult to get a good bounce, its definitely for kids. No Ladder. The basketball hoop is made from pool noodle type foam, so it won't hold up long. The basketball itself is junk and has permanent creases.

We got this trampoline while it was on sale for just over $150. It's a great steal! I have 2 boys and they love it. The basketball goal is made of foam which was a little disappointing but oh well. All pieces came with it and pretty simple to assemble! 8/10

I bought this and had it shipped. No damage from shipping and nothing was opened but 30 springs were missing, had to go to local retailer and buy the springs. The trampolline is nice, Grandson loves it. I will get hold of manufacturer for replacement springs.

This trampoline is ok, the instructions definitely need improvement. The basketball goal seems a bit cheaply made. I hope it holds up to weather. Also was missing hardware. The biggest issue is the mat is soooo slick. Will definitely have to buy grip socks to jump. It is scary slick, like fall on your face even with shoes on. Can definitely not jump with regular socks, you would break your neck. Is this just ours???

We had this trampoline for less than a week and 35 mph wind damaged one of the poles. Fast-forward 4 months later, another wind storm completely ripped the net. Warranty does not cover damage from wind. This trampoline is made with poor quality and unless if you plan on buying an all new net and poles that can withstand anytime of wind, I would not recommend!

kids been bugging us for one, was heavy but easy to move with a dolly, easy to build, pay attention to the hole orietations for later build steps, had everything inside. Easy to build by myself as a smaller male adult. I used my power drill and socket wrenches to speed up the building process. The supplied hand tools work but are rough on the hands.

The foam deteriorated and breaks into little pieces when touched. The net connections broke on 4 corners. Safety pads did not stand the Houston elements and are mostly cracked with white foam from the pad now exposed. Basketball net and "ring" were the first to break since ring is made of foam. Beside these, the trampoline is decent. Only had it for 2 years.
