Should have believed the bad reviews I read!

Bought this trampoline because it’s all I could find during this stay at home order. Have had it for 10 days used by an 11 and 7 yr old , the mat is awful it’s so loose and springs are already falling off. The mat is sagging in the middle pretty out of shape already. I would love to return this but I am going to try to contact the manufacturer to see what they can do first ,can’t exactly take this away now even though the 11 yo said this is the worst trampoline he has ever been on. I promise you save your money I can’t believe the quality difference between what Sams club had in store this year(the neighbors have that one) and the online one for the same price.

Wouldn’t buy again

The legs were stickered wrong so the holes didn’t line up. My husband had to the drill holes to match what the pieces were stickered as just to find out half way through they were on wrong. Once we changed the legs around, the holes matched up. It was such a waste of time. The basketball hoop is made of bright red foam, looks tacky, not like what is pictured. The legs don’t connect with bolts or screws so the keep fall off the entire time. Doesn’t seem sturdy since some of the poles don’t fit flush inside the other one to connect. If it wasn’t such a huge item, I would have returned it. Overall, not impressed.

Great Trampoline but had issues with assembly

Once it got put together the kids had a blast. I did have to drill 3 holes. Not all the screws would fit properly, and even some were missing. Contacted the company and they sent them at no charge. It did take longer to assemble than the 90 minutes, but we are very pleased.

Great for KIDS

I have a one year old and a 7 year old, they love to jump on this , the 14' trampoline allows enough room for them to have more than enough space to not crash or bump into each other, it's held up pretty good through these past few weeks of rain, but I also clean up the little leaves and dust that can acuumulate on it. I would recommend purchasing a ladder for the kids to easily get in and those ball pit balls there so much fun inside. I do get in with them sometimes and jump briefly i'm 220 pnds. it holds up, then again I hardly get in it. and if you have little ones a little net around the bottom would help prevent accidents of the little one crawling under while the older ones jump.

Fair for the price

I think the trampoline it self could be better it takes longer than 90 minutes to put together. Hardware its not the best, gives me the impression that it might not hold for a long time. If you are an adult that weights over 190 lbs and you get in there with your kids to have a jump, youll realize the matt will not hold. Trust the box when it says max. Weight limit 220lbs. So like i said if its only intended for kids then you might get a good deal. The safety net is a plus.

do not purchase

Bought spring 2020 the screws all came out of the feet within a few months so it comes apart and has to be put back together. Also the poles to hold up net all broke off thought it was my kids being rough but my neighbors did the exact same thing. Very poor quality springs and screws came out everywhere. Do not waste your money

Kind of what I expected for the price

It's a cheap trampoline, but I knew that when I bought it. The back piece to the basketball hoop (crucial to set it up) was missing but it's not worth taking the whole thing back to exchange considering the basketball rim is made of foam. This is our second one in about 8 years. I know the net will only last about one or two years but I'm okay with that. So for the price, if I can get another 8 years of use out of this one, I'll be happy.

Missing Parts

Yep, It's true! 4 missing top pole pieces. None of the parts labeled for assembly. Attachment pieces of shoelaces not quality, basketball hoop fades quickly in sun looking worn out. Waiting on parts to arrive to use since the poles for the net didn't all come to install.

Would not recommend

The trampoline is ok, but the net is a pain. You have to manually sew it to the frame, and the attachments at the top of the poles is not very secure. Within 4 months, wind tugging on the net has completely bent and broken the majority of the poles, so the net is falling onto the trampoline and I now have to spend another $100+ to replace the poles and net enclosure.

Waste of money

This product is horrible. The last trampoline I had lasted 4 years before the springs stretched & pad wore out, but this one I’ve had only couple months & pad is not tight, the springs keep coming off. Even my son asked why the pad was so soft. We had to take the poles off because 1 of my kids was playing basketball & the whole bar just broke off. This is an inferior product. Please don’t waste your money on it.
