This is the worst! Two of the holes ripped out while installing the trampoline springs. There is an extra spring that goes no where, and the D-rings are opening up where it attaches! How unsafe! I feel like the two boxes they sent do not go together.

I put this trampoline together myself with the help of my 8 year old. (It’s absolutely posible to do alone- but he was excited to help). It took us a little over two hours from the time it was unboxed and the parts were set out and accounted for. It is heavy in the box and I recommend having help to load and unload. We used a moving dolly to take it to the backyard. I was nervous that I would not be strong enough to do the springs myself but thanks to the tool provided it was not too hard. We have had the trampoline for two months and it was the best investment. The kids love it and they use it every day. The dog loves the shade it provides. We have slept on it under the stars, strung hammocks underneath, and had a ton of backyard fun. Only negative- the basketball hoop thing is not the best quality- but we didn’t really care about that. And it doesn’t come with a ladder…but we always use a slide anyways.

My kids love this trampoline! i was trying to find one that had the netting and sprnig pads because i have a little one. We had no missing parts,everything fit,and it bounces just find for us! the basketball goal is low quality but i expected that,however,it still does its job. the assembly was easy and as long as you follow netting instructions correctly,that is good too. overall a great trampoline for a great price!

My kids got this for Christmas and were so excited. They helped set it up and couldn't wait to have fun on it. Not even an hour into jumping, the net had broken and ripped down. My kids aren't big or heavy, so them jumping and bumping into it shouldn't have ripped it that easily. So same day, they got it they lost it also because we took it down to prevent further ripping while we figured out what to do. We paid for a trampoline with a net, so taking the net down and using without isn't an option we will do. Not happy

Wasn’t that hard to put together. My wife and I put it together. Follow directions exactly how they tell you do everything and you’ll be fine. The quality of the springs and everything else is good enough. would’ve been 5 stars but the basketball hoop is very flimsy and soft.

1 of the boxes delivered Friday, the other box delivered Monday and was torn open and also boxes inside were torn open with pieces falling out. Thankfully all the pieces were there. The instructions were fairly easy and it only took a couple hours to put together. Now that we have all the boxes and it's put together, we are very happy with it. Great size for our 4 and 2 year old and the quality seems really good. Overall happy with the purchase!

I bought this and had it shipped. No damage from shipping and nothing was opened but 30 springs were missing, had to go to local retailer and buy the springs. The trampolline is nice, Grandson loves it. I will get hold of manufacturer for replacement springs.

Only received 1 box of 2 So i called them immediately and they sent out a replacement fedex is suppose to come back tomorrow to pick up the one they just left I wasnt this for my kids for Christmas but at this point i dont even think its even going to arrive in time

I bought this trampoline as an Easter gifts for my kids. The trampoline was missing a part. It is sitting in my yard 85% built and my kids are going nuts.. the company is sending the part, they seemed easy to work with. I'll update this review once I get the part.

Purchased in Apr 2020 just in time for the COVID lockdown. The foam basketball rim dried up and disintegrated within a few months from sun exposure. Then on of the arms that holds the net up bent over into the trampoline when I pushed it back up the metal snapped. Now one corner of the net hangs down and blocks bouncing in about a fourth of the mat surface. The parts company hasn't had a replacement part for a year. Find another band. I would not use Bounce Pro again.
