The poles snapped after less than a month of use.

The trampoline itself is great. The safety enclosure and support bars are a joke. We ended up with nuts that weren’t even threaded for the bolts. The bars have literally bent in less than 2 months time. I know my boy is 12 and he and his friends can play rough but this is just terrible. We now have to see if we can bend them back out because they’re bent in too far that the net hangs down on the trampoline. Wish I would have saved my money.

I bought this on sale a few months ago and the kids use it just about everyday. I bought it for my kids and nephews who all range from 2-9 and they all have so much fun. Of course everyone doesn't think these are the safest things but if you try to not have them in all at the same time it might be safer. The net also makes me feel like they are safe in there. The basketball hoop was a fun add on it feels a bit flimsy but good enough for them to make their shot and it stays put. 2 males helped setting this up and they were able to set it up within 2 hours and found it easy. My kids still want to go outside and jump everyday , all day if they could!! This Texas heat only gives us a few hours a day though.

Basketball goal is trash

Bought this trampoline back in September 2020. It’s now March 2021. I just went inside of it for the first time in a month or so and the black mat has stretched out significantly. When I jump on it the fabric is loose. This is scary because if it’s stretching out like that it will eventually rip.haHaven’t even had it a year. Do not recommend.

The bars and netting didn't last 3 months. The basketball hoop was down and the "rim" which is made of flimsy foam blew off 2 weeks after we purchased it. I could live with losing that and made another type of rim but then the bars began to bend inward towards the trampoline, finally one of them bent and broke off where it is supposed to be attached to the trampoline support bars. They are hollow, therefore break easily. I'm very dissapointed in this product and now I'm stuck with a trampoline with 3 bars broken off and no net.

Initially I was very happy with this purchase. It was my kids’ big Christmas present. We have had it 2.5 months, and one of the poles that holds the net up has completely snapped off. The other poles have started to bend inward as well, so I’m assuming they will all eventually snap off as well. Also, the foam around the poles is tearing off. I recommend spending a little extra money, and get a nicer trampoline.
